My Order was handled very well. Communications was easy and seamless. I discovered that the old mattress recycling was not included in my payment so I contacted them immediately by email and phoned them the following day. They were courteous and very supportive.
Mattress was delivered on time by Kaiser who was very helpful and kind. He took the old mattress on the same day. Thank you very much.
Recycling of old mattress is hassle-free and lifted me off from worrying about it. SIX 🌟 STARS I WILL GIVE FOR THIS.
My choice of mattress was very good. The height (@ 10inches plus the pillow topper) was great and size is correct as advertised. I love it!!! I
I will recommend it to friends and relatives. I will buy again from Adeline Waterson when the other mattress is due for replacement.

Good value for money
Great communication from driver, arrived well within the allotted time.
Somewhat surprised that it was deemed a one man job as he was struggling to manoeuvre the bed(s) and left a bit of a scratch on the wooden flooring. I had not noticed until after driver had left.
Very pleased with the bed, excellent value for money.
One star deducted for the scratch and the fact that the rubbish was not taken away. I understand this is company policy so no blame attached to the driver. In all other deliveries we have had for furniture and white goods payment for installation/set up has included removal of packaging.

Built this bed frame today and it’s not as pictured on the website.
Fabric is saggy on top of the bed frame and headboard has ‘feet’ which are not shown on the picture.
Whole bed looks like it’s on a slant.

Ottoman bed frame
Love the bed frame, looks great.
Noticed a couple of faults hence the 4 stars
Some of the screws in the ottoman base are not fixed properly and are right at the edge and not where they are suppose to be.

Above and beyond helpful - resulting in an amazing bed!
Although the original bed we'd ordered didn't make it up the stairs, as our stairs didn't play along, the staff at Adeline Waterson went above and beyond ro find a solution with us - we had a whole new bed delivered, which made it upstairs, which meets all our wants and needs.
A few months down the line, we're still delighted with our new bed - thanks so much!

Quality mattress
I purchased the Oxford Mattress from this company after reading the reviews. I was contacted the day after ordering to arrange a suitable delivery date and also received a message the day before with a four hour window and a telephone call on the day of delivery. Brilliant customer service. When the mattress arrived it exceeded my expectations. It is a quality mattress at an exceptional price, heavily discounted from the rrp. Very pleased and would definitely buy from this company again.

my bed arrived damaged, made a complaint had to wait 3 days for a replacement. They did sort this out but the inconvenience was not needed
