They are big time cheats. I ordered a cord that I couldn't find in stores, they sent me a crappy thing I could have bought at the $2 shop that is NOT what I ordered. Then refused to remedy the problem. scammers who are based in china....dont get sucked in.

I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop, which my manufacturer (Razer) refused to provide. After I placed my order, I did a quick search for NZ adapters, found this review site and panicked because I (incorrectly) concluded that I'd been scammed. I am here to tell you that I DID get my order, that it arrived SOONER than was described and that it is FULLY FUNCTIONAL in my device.

In full transparency, I strongly suspect the battery is not an OEM part, but rather a knock-off. The new battery doesn't have the metal heat shielding the original part does, the labeling is slighty different, no manufacturer documentation was provided and the new battery doesn't fit all of the screw holes the original does. HOWEVER, it fits close enough, and it's working just fine so far and as I mentioned there doesn't appear to be a way to get an OEM part from Razer without sending my entire laptop to their support office and waiting potentially weeks for it to return. IF YOU ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF A BATTERY as I was, and you don't mind a non-OEM part, don't be afraid to order from this company - I suspected the worst and was pleasantly surprised with the results.

Ordered a specific adaptor for a lenovo. They sent a different model. I've enquired for a return, twice but still not had a reply.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS IS NOT A NEW ZEALAND COMPANY. The item does not arrive and when you contact them they just keep saying sorry, hope it arrives soon. We ordered our item 4th May order number LP354117575SG . It is now 22 June and the item is nowhere to be seen. They do not acknowledge your request for a refund either.

Same as everyone else. If its not a scam then they are just terrible at business. Go somewhere else

I also tried to purchase from this company thinking it was a new zealand company. I purchased on 19 April 2020 and to date have not received anything. The parcel tracking looks bogus as well.

Same issue as reported by others. Haven't received anything and getting no response from them. Scam.

Do not , Repeat.. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.... i WAS SENT THE WRONG ADAPTOR... ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO.. WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND ADDRESS TO SEND IT BACK AND GIVE ME A REFUND... HAHAHAA UNBELIEVEABLE.. NO ADDRESS AND NO REFUND..ORDERED THE 28TH APRIL.. BLOODY SCAM

Customer Service is shocking!!!!!!! Bought a MacBook Pro battery thinking like the others that this was a NZ company - got a shipping notice from Hong Kong, arrived eventually after many weeks waiting... then it DIDN'T WORK - no response from company... I would highly recommend you DO NOT order! Note to self - check the small print...

I brought a very overpriced battery thinking it was a company based in nz, so one I could trust. (I could have brought from Ali express for $20 but paid $60 thinking I wanted good quality) I didn't look that hard at the address, cause ive never been scammed before, but there you go, the address is in China. And now I read about all the other people who didnt get their batteries.... Im thinking, oh. okay.
So the battery hasn't arrived and I cant get any response from them about a refund as yet.
Ill let you know if I do. I hope that it goes to feeding their kids and not some dumb middle aged fat guy wandering around looking at his phone, wearing a lot of hair gel ..... who has plenty of cash anyway from his multitudes of fake websitery around the world.

I have a similar experience as the others here. I ordered an adapter for my laptop mid April. I didn't hear anything for a week. When I asked about it, they claimed to have just shipped it. I got a tracking code for as well. Clearly they processed the order only when I asked about it. BUT the tracking is showing that it's coming from Singapore but Singapore Post has never received the item. And that's again 2 weeks ago. At the moment it's 3 weeks and the item doesn't even seem to be shipped. The thing is that we're here only for 2 months and leaving in 2 weeks so it seems unlikely that it will ever arrive here on time. (And since I would have needed that urgently already, I ordered the same thing with another supplier just yesterday and it's arriving tomorrow). I would recommend to avoid this company.

Ordered a laptop adaptor on March 31st . It was shipped the next day and arrived 2 weeks later. That was through Easter and a lockdown . Much faster than AliExpress.

i ordered, they took my paypal money then nothing: no emails, didnt reply to any of mine...i gave up... then FINALLY it arrived 2 months later.

Never buy from this site I bought two adapters from them, till now have not received nothing no reply from them.They said it will take 6- 9 working days nothing. I bought throw paypal and open a case so then they said they had no stock, and will received it in 5 working days, but ask for my money back will see if I get my money back.
Never use this website they said they are form New Zealand but are not, seems like a scam site

It is great mistake to give an order here. They don’t give the product and also don’t give money back. Please if you don’t wanna waste you money then avoid this site. It’s all about cheating. Even their given code for product status is also fake. It show no info. So please avoid. I wish I could see review before place the order.
