The quality of products is great and the service too, when I needed to swap an adapter because I ordered the wrong one, they change it straight away after I returned the item 👍

I needed an adapter for my asus laptop A541U, I bought it immediately online without checking that adapters.co.nz is operating outside of New Zealand, after ordering online when I checked its reviews I was little scared that it might be a scam, but as surprise the charger is arrived within just few days and the quality is great! Such an excellent service. Thank you very much.

The website adapters.co.nz is easy to navigate and find your adapter offering clear photo's and descriptions to help you choose.

Their pricing is very affordable, my adapter was about a third of the price of the same adapter being sold in New Zealand.

They offered free shipping within about 4-6 delivery days and they didn't disappoint, I received delivery on day 6 but that was because my order sat in Auckland at the delivery depot for a few days which is out of adapters.co.nz control.

I was worried that buying something from Asia with the impact that Covid is having on international logistics, that I would be waiting months for my adapter to arrive, but it arrived within the promised timeframe and fit my Chromebook perfectly.

A great price. Great Service. RECOMMENDED!

Bull Crapping Thieves!!
My money was given, Time went on, and on and on and on and on...Few emails and months later no product no refund and now no communication. I would kindly like a one on one fist fight you know a good old school punch up and we can all go home feeling like we achieved something. But no because they are bull crapping Thieves!! The End

This is a SCAM. Avoid this company if you have any sense. They took my money, never delivered my goods. Will not give me a refund even though I cancelled immediately after my purchase. The communication was so sporadic and they never directly answered any of my questions from the start. And honestly their emails never made any sense. I messaged more than a dozen times requesting to cancel the item ( as it hadn’t been dispatched), they would then respond days/weeks later with random and incoherent emails saying the package is on its way.

This was all a ruse to take my money.
Then they suddenly stopped replying to my emails.
Now the bank will have to deal with this dodgy company ( based in China ) to recoup my losses.
Should have listened to my gut feeling from the start. :(

Dont buy from these guys they are not legit and ignore emails and don't deliver goods. I am in the process of recovering my charge to my credit card. They say they are NZ company but are based in China. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest and will reap what they have sown. Taking money from people for goods they havent delivered within the time frame they advised and continuenk to ignore emails to confirm delivery of goods.its been over a month and I'm still waiting. Wont ever use these people again.Very disappointed customer

I don't know why this company has had some bad reviews because I have had excellent service from them. Yes the products are shipped from China but who cares. I brought a Dell Charger from them as mine had broken. If I had purchased it from Dell NZ it would have cost me $20.00 more purchasing it here than having it shipped from China from Adapters NZ. So I saved myself $20.00 and it is a genuine product. I know this because I was using an HP charger on my laptop in the meantime and my lap top would tell me it didn't recognize it as being a Dell every time I turned it on. The adapter I purchased from Adapters NZ is a genuine Dell as I plugged it in and it charged my laptop up without any messages when I turned it on. So it is certainly a genuine Dell. The product was sent to me promptly and a tracking number provided so I was able to track my product during transit and it took only a fortnight to arrive to me in NZ. Excellent service. I will be ordering from them again if I need anything more in the future.

Non New Zealand company. It's been ages since I ordered and STILL waiting. No notice at ordering that this was shipped from overseas. No communication from seller about shipping times until I followed up.

Thank to everyones review I am not going to buy from them lol I always make sure to read reviews before buying overseas or maybe even in new zealand itself oh well I was hoping to buying a new battery for my macbook air since I didn't want to spend so much money in taking it in😩 GOODBYE $400 or more

Fine when nothing goes wrong. Had ordered in past and all good, latest order the adapter was different to order, but compatible, then died after a couple of days.

Emails, service requests etc unanswered, so buyer beware.

Cancelled order and asked for refund.
Company confirmed cancellation but refund never received.
DON'T DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES.

Pathetic , non New Zealand company. It's been ages since I ordered and STILL waiting. Emailed to enquire why the adapter is coming from China not New Zealand and my anger for being misleading and just got " its in the country". No appology, nothing. Would not recommend at all. Unfortunately had to put a star but in reality should be no stars.

Worst company I have ever delt with. I returned an adapter to them which they promised to refund me for multiple times. I have emailed them a dozen times to remind them to refund my money and instead they have decided to keep the returned adapter and my money. Terrible company. Do not use.

Ordered a new laptop battery. Arrived in good time (3 weeks from China), was considerably cheaper than other offerings and performs to spec on Batteryreport. Very happy with service and product.

I give 5 stars to this company I ordered a laptop adapter and it arrived in 6 days and works perfectly, I will be using this company again.

Sent me the wrong charger, sent a request, no response for 2+ weeks. I made my payment through PayPal so I opened up a dispute. They now want me to return the item (pay for shipping) to get my refund. Shipping to China will cost as much as the item. This is just so pointless when it was their fault in the first place.

Finally received a charger after over 2 months and countless unanswered emails. This is not a NZ company is very misleading communication is poor. Would not deal with ever again

Charger arrived within a week and works perfectly. Not sure what happened with to all the people who left bad reviews but I give Adapters 5 stars. Charger is slightly different to the oem one however I personally prefer this design.
