I ordered an adapter for my laptop but it changed to two in the cart and when both of the chargers came non of them were working so I emailed them and they said I should send it back to them and I will get my refund so I sent the chargers back and they haven't replied to me since then.

Order Number: 20386 Incorrect battery sent and when I asked for exchange rather than a refund (as I was happy to send it back for the correct one) email communication ceased and I am now stuck with a useless battery. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING FRUSTRATED AND RIPPED OFF. I have lost a month and $120+

HP Power Adapter arrived 8 days after ordering. Honestly was quite worried after reading the reviews as I desperately needed a replacement Adapter. Was exactly what I ordered and works as expected. Am very happy with my product and purchase. Thank-you. Excellent Company to deal with.

I checked on Trustpilot site only after making the payment. I was skeptical the order to come through at all. But surprisingly the Order was delivered within three weeks. Although this showa as a NZ website it operates from China. But at the end of the day this company won my trust by delivering as promised. Thanks adapters.co.nz team.

They are another fraud from Chine. I was lucky to pay through PayPal. I got my refund. Otherwise, they were not even responding to my emails after I paid.

I bought an adapter for my laptop.
I checked it once it arrived as you do, but it didn’t work.
I contacted them they communicated very little and wanted me to send the charger back to China? I thought this was a kiwi company but no.
What happened was another of their customers had told them the charger was faulty and wanted a refund. They agreed and told him to send it to me.
They actually knowingly had a previous customer with a faulty product forward it to me!!
These are a total scam
Stay well away from them
They are actively trying to scam people.
I’m so disappointed I didn’t do my research.

Ordered from website expecting the goods to be in NZ.....15 days later, I have still not received my order. Quite a deceiving website when you order from a .co.nz site you expect the delivery time to be much faster and not wait for the goods to come from China. Won't ever recommend this site. Not an NZ site, just a .co.nz website - don't be fooled New Zealanders!

Received my adapter in just over a week of purchase, I was expecting it to take longer seeing as it was coming from China, very satisfied with my purchase.

I ordered from this website thinking they were based in NZ! The charger I got was a 45W Type-C charger for my chromebook. The good thing was that my order came in like a week and a bit later. The bad thing was that it was working the day I got it and then I tried charging my chromebook again the following night, it didn't even work. And I know for sure I'm not gonna get my money back $50+ gone down the drain and so should this company. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

Waiting 4 weeks and charger still stuck in Dongguan, China. Not a New Zealand company and stock is not held here.

Not happy at all.I waited 10 days to get an adapter that does not even fit my pc.I paid for an adapter that could fit an a100 Toshiba but got a paperweight instead with little chance of ever seeing my money or my adapter.My rating could not get any lower.

I paid $125 for a replacement Surface Pro 4 keyboard and I can honestly say I'm impressed and happy with my purchase. It only took 7 working days for my keyboard to arrive from China. It wasn't until I paid for my purchase I then realised that my item was coming from China and not NZ. This is my first purchase from this company and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future. Thank you for a great product and quick delivery.

Don’t buy. I ordered a charger thinking it was coming from NZ on the 15th May it’s now the 1st of June & still no tracking details have been emailed which means it hasn’t even been shipped. They say it takes 10-15 business days to arrive. I went through PayPal to organise a refund and my refund has been approved thankfully. During the refund process though the company advised PayPal that my order had been shipped along with tracking details, which is a scam. Push for that refund if you’ve paid through PayPal these guys are totally not legitimate.

I needed an adapter asap and over 4 weeks later I still dont have it.

After putting a claim in with paypal they emailed me a shipping link showing they just sent it and its still not here.

This company pretends stock is nz based but it all comes direct from China and Hong Kong so beware.

Product (a laptop charger) shipped from China, took weeks to arrive, and rattles - there are loose components inside. Attempted to request a refund, but they don't respond. Avoid.

Took payment - did not send product but did send fake track and trace information.

So misleading!!! Don't call your website nz and its shipping from china!!, ill be contacting nz business authoritie

What a rip off! They pretend to have product in NZ and then you get a message saying it is shipping from CHINA!
If you want to get an adapter, learn from my lesson. Buy from a reputable supplier in NZ, or if you're willing to wait for one from China, just use eBay and get it for half the price.

The only bad thing on this site is poor communication. No updates on shipping but the item still arrived after 1 week. Ordered from hastings NZ
