Lesley did her job flawlessly, always answered the phone or got back to me promptly and always replied to emails within a day. Really great experience with Acumen
Really great experience with Acumen, and Kieran in particular. Kieran was super helpful and explained everything for me as I went through the process of buying a house. The mortgage protection insurance wasn't straightforward in my case and Kieran was brilliant in helping me navigate the process. Great service and would recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic service and expert advice
We’ve had a fantastic experience with our mortgage advisor Mick. He has provided expert, knowledgeable advice throughout the whole process and has always taken the time to explain everything clearly, answer our many, many questions and make sure we understood all of our options.
Mick has been incredibly personable, friendly and easy to talk to from our very first enquiry, which makes such a difference when going through something as important as arranging a mortgage. We always felt like we were in very safe hands and that he genuinely had our best interests at heart.
