Rude customer service
Anyone considering using Mobilers Insurance should think carefully before taking out a policy with them.
I have had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. If I hadn’t already had a policy in place, I would have cancelled it because of the way I was treated by a member of staff, Miss Biggs.
I raised a formal complaint about the incident, but my concerns were dismissed. In my view, the company appeared to consider it acceptable for customer service representatives to be rude, arrogant, and dismissive, rather than properly investigating and addressing my complaint.
Based on my experience, I would urge anyone thinking of insuring their vehicle with Mobilers Insurance to consider the quality of their customer service before making a decision.
