Matthew listened to my needs and came back promptly with a plan. He explained the plan in detail and checked back for any changes I may want. He was very professional in his approach.

Scott helped me to find an insurer who i could switch to, keeping my existing conditions but with added benefits at a lower price than my existing renewal. He listened to my requirements and was patient whilst I compared the results that he supplied against those of my existing company and didn't rush me or give any high pressure sales.

The company was easily accessible and addressed my fundamental question: was private health care right for me? The person I spoke to recognised my concerns and asked the relevant questions about my medical history. She then found a provider offering care at a price I could afford. The whole transaction took 10 to 15 minutes and I am now happy to have obtained cover.

The representative was extremely helpful sent time shopping around for better deals for private health care and looking at different options for reducing the premium on the existing plan. Although no changes were made a plan was agreed to revisit on the next renewal if no further claims are made on the policy.

Having identified a Company who could provide identical cover for a significantly lower premium we then discussed the best way forward and subsequently initiated a transfer to a new provider.
