Was with Brentacre for 6 years and they consistently gave me the cheapest price for insurance. In that time I had 2 claims, 1 where my car was written off. However, this year they couldn't offer renewal due to me making a claim in 2025 for a replacement key on the key cover I had. Made me laugh because I had 2 car claims but they draw the line at a car key claim. I understand the insurers have criteria etc. However, Brentacre didn't even bother to offer any alternative or try and get another quote and basically said look elsewhere.

First time getting Campervan insurance and after a recommendation to try Brentacre I put in a quote request. They followed up very quickly and everything was very clear - I dealt with several people there and each time they were super friendly, polite and helpful. Fantastic service from start to finish. They are reasonable and very understanding on modified cars and the whole process is seamless with no stress. The usual insurance companies on comparison sites have no clue about modified cars and their risk assessment is absolutely ridiculous and we end up paying through the roof, but Bentacre understands the market and the industry very well to be able to offer fantastic services at reasonable premiums.
