I have been using pay360 for over 2 years now as our card merchant facility had a great working relationship with the account manager with no issues, all calls and emails where responded to right away and any issues dealt with, I appears Access paysuite has now taken over. And within 1 month of doing so they have withheld all my takings for up to 28 days so they say, there is no way to contact them by phone, the customer service is horrendous. I now have over £5000 on hold by this company iam a small business and have a large turn over all the money is needed this could affect us in a massive way. I would recommend everyone to go else where. If pay suite actually read this I would argue you to get in contact as iam about to go to the financial ombudsman over this. All errors are on your side not ours. A terrible company

Scam subscriptions
This company is very likely "to scam people" as they want to take money based on so called "online subscriptions" .
Here is how it works. If you are on the Internet and you browse or looking for financial products and create an account or request a quote on certain websites, you automatically send them your personal information. Then after their "scheme" starts.
They will send you an email, informing you that your payment has been set. If you don't pay attention to your emails, you will start paying. The amount is usually small so you might not see it on your bank account statement so you need to be very careful.
Then if you call them, the will say it will cancel the subscription but the confirmation email might take 24 hours to arrive. Again , make dure you check and if the email doesn't arrive call them again.
Conclusion ..just another "legal" scaming scheme.

Pay 360 Case Study
We initially engaged with the market after reviewing our current operations with our incumbent software provider. Inefficient processes and fundamental system flaws meant that what should be a simple process of allocating and reconciling the cash and banking system took far more time than it should, with senior staff constantly having to intervene.
We decided to procure the Pay 360 - Aim applications as all stakeholders within the Council felt it offered the best all round solution which met all of the Council's requirements.
The engagement process has been excellent to date, and nothing has been too much trouble having liaised with a number of staff at Pay360. All questions have been excellently answered despite a thorough due diligence process being completed by the Council.
The solution design workshops have been excellently managed, with a consistent presence at each, meaning that where inter dependencies within the system have been picked up to ensure consistency within the application, which has proved invaluable thus far.
Don't be fooled by these reviews
Don't be fooled by these reviews. The positive reviews are for the brand Smart Debit. Access Paysuite have decided to close this product down and the new product DDCMS is awful by comparison.
We were migrated away despite not being given the opportunity to review the new product and confirm whether we wanted to move. Seperetley after being given assurances that we wouldn't be moved they moved us anyway.
And here are the core three reasons you should not consider this product and/or this business.
1. There is no published number to get hold of someone on. When you do find a number, it is rare that it is answered and when it is the staff have not be adequately trained to support the new product.
2. The product does not use industry recognised terms and as such the whole interface and language does not make sense. Adding us customer is called loading a schedule????
3. They just don't care. every call with them has resulted in false promises or out right lies. They will demean your position and manipulate the conversation to frame that it was your fault that you weren't able to do the training.
Be very aware that Access Paysuite are buying up competitors in the market and should be investigated for their anti-competitive actions.
We have an open Ombudsman's complaint against this business.
Trust restored
I did say this below (along with a 1 star review) but to be fair, Access Paysuite have contacted me, admitted to an error and have gone a long way to repairing the damage. Judge a company by it's response to an issue and they have been good.
"We used them as a bureau for 15 years (we signed up back in the Eazipay days).
They just sent an invoice that was 5 times the old price and included an 900% increase in the per direct debit price. No warning.
I rang them. I could sum up the response as "yeah, so what? You should have got an email". I checked, I checked spam: no email.
No explanation, no interest in talking about why they would do that or even coming to some sort of compromise. No thought that a customer of 15 years might not appreciate a five-fold price increase and would just leave as a result.
I rang around to get quotes and guess what? Other companies report a lot of people doing exactly the same.
Well, here is my way of saying you shouldn't treat good customers like this because they have a voice. Fine raise your prices, but give us 6 months warning, let us know why, explain yourselves."

I just opened my emails just to make sure everything was up to date then I found an email from the company stating they were away to start taking money from my account...I gave them no permission to do so! And they call themselves the financial insider that I seemingly agreed to do which...I would have remembered passing my bank details for the financial insider. This is out of order you have clearly got my bank details from a 3rd parties and clearly trying your luck. Thankfully the loud breather of a customer assistant was quick enough to stop this direct debit from happening. Watch out for these people.

This is the first time I have dealt with SmartDebit, due to a (new to me) customer already using it.
I have been trying to integrate various services into our system here, and the technical team at SmartDebit are by far and away the best that I've dealt with in quite a while. The response times are great and the answers are always helpful and to the point.
