Thorough and informative session
Having to validate data and run the Beam Super process for the first time would naturally be a stressful time, however having the consultant watching and guiding me, relieved that burden of "what if something goes wrong when making this adjustment". It was a long session, however the consultant was very patient, especially when she had no control of what I was doing, only watching the shared screen. Even though clear written instructions were provided, the consultant went through every step in detail and explained not only what to do, she went beyond that and talked through different scenarios, of what we could have done to avoid having the same issue. The Checklist was modified to suit our business structure and balancing process and a tool that we will definitely use in our process. The session gave me confidence that we will have a smoother super process and save time, once the initial set up is fine tuned. No longer panicking when I hear the word "PayDay Super".

Great start .. feeling supported
I am enjoying working with the team at Access re the installation the new Access Financials platform. The scoping and training has been comprehensive and I feel supported through the process. The project is about half way through and I am expecting the second half to go well and that the result will be an effective platform that fulfils the needs of the project.
