My firm has worked with Smart Debit and now Access Paysuite for 6+ years. Joe has been our relationship manager for more than a year now and he has continued to maintain the excellent level of service and responsiveness that we have become accustomed to throughout.

The onboarding team led by Jo Brennan at Access Suite is excellent. They are always really helpful and respond very promptly to any queries or issue that we might have.

I would recommend any business to Jo and the team Access Suite.

I contacted Access about DD. My sales contact was Connor White, he was easy to deal with, friendly, efficient and fast at getting info to me. Made the initial research phase a pleasure and handed me over to On-boarding within a week. Great service and appreciated. I will follow up with Onboarding review later.

Had a query that would have meant a lot of work for me however I was dealing with Ollie who sorted my issue out immediately and saved me hours of scrolling through paperwork. Helpful, friendly and amazing. Thanks Ollie you are a star.

I am starting a new online app that I needed a payment provider to work with. Gerald Evans at Access PaySuite has been fantastic, they created a sandbox we could test while developing the app and to use for testing. Worked with my developers to get everything in place. The app is taking much longer than anticipated yet they have been very patient and catch up with me regularly to see where the app is at but not to the point I feel harassed. Would definitely recommend them.

I always receive an excellent service from our Customer Services Manager, Mel Sutherland. I especially find our quarterly reviews to be helpful. Mel efficiently resolves any issues highlighted.

Daryn Magee has always been approachable and reliable and is a proactive Account Manager. He has always provided a consistent and professional level of support. From supplying product information to resolving issues, he has always strived to ensure this is done in a prompt and efficient manner.
We have developed a good working relationship over a number of years.
Nothing is too much trouble.

Becca Clark and Eloise Bright (Access Pay Suite) worked with teams at both Watford Borough Council (WBC) and Three Rivers District Council (TRDC) to transition both authorities from legacy direct debit systems onto Access Pay Suite managed direct debit platform DDCMS.

Access Pay Suite worked with both Councils to migrate their Garden Waste schemes of circa 11k (WBC) and circa 22k (TRDC) annual direct debits, as well as circa 900 TRDC Garage direct debits.
This involved:

*assistance on setting up new SUNs
*assistance with bulk transfer applications of direct debits from old SUNs.
*submission of all AUDDIS files through the BACS scheme to facilitate migration
*assistance with required BACS correspondence
*migrating the data from old platforms to new platform
*assistance with API and GUID integration
*training for end users
*post go live enquiries and support

The Team here are particularly impressed with Becca Clark and Eloise Bright. Both extremely professional and we found their planning and delivery methods reassuring. Their awareness of all things direct debit related particularly impressed us. The projects were delivered with precision and have resulted in both authorities achieving efficiencies in the collection of direct debits. Becca and Eloise delivered the project with enthusiasm and excellent delivery methods.

Gerrard was pleasant and easy to deal with - we moved from our own SUN to a FM service with ease and the ongoing support has been timely and good when required. Would happily recommend.

Support is generally excellent but the new DDCMS platform is a major step backwards from the simple system we used previously, is cumbersome, frustrating and not intuitive to use.

Access Pay Suite has always been great for the 9 years we have used them.

Our account manager Mel Sutherland always goes above and beyond for us to resolve any issues or queries that we have with a quick response.

We have been with Access Paysuite for 9 years now and the service and support we have received throughout has always been of a high standard and superb. Access Pay360 has been a positive partner with us for some time now. Rachel Mason is our account manger who has always provided excellent support. Her product knowledge is incredible and her holistic view of their and our organisations is invaluable

Always ready to offer support over the phone until any issues are resolved. Only down side is the quality of the actual phone line for some reason. Everything else is A1.
