Worst experience ever. I know a lot of people going through mental health issues because of the senior management being absolutely brutal. No work life balance or empathy for people. MDs try to save themselves by scapegoating their team members. Absolutely no ethics. All they care about is profits and their share price. If you have a choice please stay away from this company.

Il supporto tra colleghi è incostante, soprattutto su tecnologie nuove, e la formazione è quasi assente. Questo porta a un disallineamento delle aspettative, con coordinatori che assegnano responsabilità elevate senza un adeguato affiancamento. Le attività quotidiane risultano ripetitive, focalizzate su slide e documenti, con un’eccessiva attenzione alla forma rispetto alla sostanza. Alcuni manager sembrano più orientati alla propria crescita che allo sviluppo del team, generando un clima competitivo e poco collaborativo. Le risorse umane hanno un impatto limitato sul benessere dei dipendenti. Inoltre, la giovane età media dei team può sfociare in dinamiche poco professionali, con episodi di segnalazioni infantili all’HR che rallentano il lavoro e obbligano a giustificazioni per malintesi o reazioni emotive mal interpretate. In sintesi, un’esperienza che offre flessibilità ma che richiede grande adattabilità e pazienza per affrontare le lacune organizzative e relazionali.

Its the worst company ever with racist managment they made me leave my previeus job that provided me visa and then they withdraw my application and told me that the project is closed and i still see the job on linked in and before all that i told them i am here with visa so if anything wrong happen i will be a homeless and they just ignore me now and i have all the mails and the interview saved for what they did to me, after i did the exams and the interview i waited a month and after they changed my visa for their name and they told me tp leave my job they left me hanging with no visa and no job they are racist scamers who have no problem to distroy your life, wait a little bet and you can find a better job just dont go there check reviewes about them everywhere

Assolutamente da evitare . Rimanere solo se non ci sono altre opzioni . Nessuna possibilità di crescita : sei buttato dentro senza nessun vero sostegno , ti viene assegnata una figura tutor che però non ti aiuterà mai né ti spiegherà mai come svolgere il tuo lavoro e sei fortunato se ti dedicherà mai del tempo . Devi improvvisare, e non è ammesso non sapere qualcosa altrimenti sarai etichettato come una risorsa inutile . (Nonostante sia uno stage o un apprendistato). Cercare di battersi per i propri diritti porterà solo a review e feedback negativi ma ovviamente completamente falsi , non c’è possibilità di crescita o di formarsi in qualche modo.

Può fare curriculum.
Se finisci nel team giusto, puoi trovare colleghi competenti e progetti interessanti. Ma è una questione di fortuna, non di merito.

Clima interno deteriorato da dinamiche poco sane: favoritismi, mancanza totale di meritocrazia, scarsa attenzione alla crescita delle persone.
Il rispetto per le persone è praticamente inesistente. Chi prova a portare valore spesso viene ignorato, sminuito o addirittura isolato.
Nessuna attenzione alla crescita professionale, alle ambizioni o alla dignità personale. Le promesse fatte in ingresso evaporano rapidamente. Alcune dinamiche interne possono portare a una forma di isolamento professionale, alimentata da narrazioni parziali o distorte che nessuno si preoccupa di verificare.
L’esperienza è paragonabile, in alcuni casi, a forme velate di mobbing: esclusione dalle decisioni, delegittimazione continua.
Dopo anni di sforzi e dedizione, si ha la sensazione di aver solo sprecato tempo e opportunità. Non è un’azienda: è una lotteria. Se capiti nel team sbagliato, sei solo un numero. Accetta l’offerta solo se non hai alternative e nel frattempo preparati a scappare appena puoi.

I applied for an advertised position, and within 2 minutes of hitting the submit button, my application was immediately declined, although I have 22 years of experience in the field. Then, within 5 minutes of being declined a random UK mobile number called me and when I called it back, the gentleman who picked up said he never called me. I immediately knew that it was these scammers who had used my number on my CV. They collect contact details and emails. It's an Indian Company, as I was told by someone who had this experience.

This company has used my personal data as a means to secure further work. Using an email address they should have no right to access, they've attempted to copy in the account owner of a business i have privately advised/assisted with, and are using my company's details to attempt to reach to my personal client. This is an egregious breach of data protection and personal conduct.

Company is doing well, its just on the account I work with, no events at all they wanted to work more there are no work life balance as they said

Some employees of this company have knowledge worse than maids and cleaners and they hone their skillsets to acquire jobs in top management firms in the country and abroad and snub other good people. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of them are criminals. They have bais who have something personal against other good employees and families.

They use policies in different colors and grow on to become authors in New York and abroad and run wealth management firms in UK and Switzerland with roots in worli village.

Only knowledge and right interpretation is missing . In old fashioned terms it is called gossip.

And they convince their social friends who are head of schools who get and spread information from bai in India. Lot of cleaning needed in the soul.

As far as business administration and management the less said the better.

Worst IT support I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with.

Our company, unfortunately, has to work alongside Accenture, and their employees are basically our direct colleagues—if you define “colleague” as someone who exists in the same plane of reality but contributes nothing of value. Their reaction time on tickets is slower than a sloth on Xanax. If you threw a help request into a black hole, you’d probably get a response faster than from these guys.

When actual work needs to be done, their strategy is simple: deny, deflect, delay. Tickets either get launched back at us with a “not our problem” stamp, or they sit there collecting dust for months, possibly being studied by archaeologists in the future as relics of a civilization that never solved anything.

Honestly, I think they might be running an advanced social experiment to see how long a company can survive with zero functional IT support. If that’s the case—congrats, Accenture, you’re pushing the boundaries of human patience.
