DO NOT USE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE 50P TRIAL - They will charge you without your consent. They charged me £58 without my knowledge and you CANNOT get through to them. I have seen on the App Store, on Reddit and on here, that people have been scammed out of 20-900 quid. I've reported them to Action Fraud.

Do not go anywhere near this app! I consent to a 0.50pcharge for a trial and was immediately charged for that plus £58 for a one month upgrade that I definitely did not consent to. Been told by their support team that they have a no refund policy and that the 0.50 was a set up fee! Please do not go anywhere near this company. They are clearly not genuine just wish I had had the foresight to read others reviews.

Silent Thieves - Scam

Do not subscribe to their services. I only agreed for a trial of USD 0.5 and within 2 mins of making that payment was charged an addition USD 78.5. Have been escalating to their customer service which keeps responding that it is a non refundable service. How is it even a service where you charge your customer without letting them know. Please avoid it.

If I had an option of 0 stars would have gone with the same.

Do not give them $20.00

They say it's a trial but you pay $20.00 for that trial. They provided nothing! This is a pill form of diet medication. I thought it was for injectable medication. When I reached out to cancel, mind you I've never accessed the app nor provided ANYTHING. They still kept the $20.00. Total scam! It might be right for some folks but not for me and they could care less. If they're really trying to help a person improve themselves, they are doing a terrible job. DON'T SIGN UP FOR THE TRIAL. They operate differently than all other apps.

Living my best life now ! No regrets

The experience I have had so far with my coach Nobantu V has been positive. Coach is always in contact with me. Provides great feedback and also encourages me to go extra step. I was not sure I wanted to join but this has been by far the best experience I have had in my weight loss journey. I encourage anyone who is thinking about joining to join you will not regret it .

Account Suspended, Yet I got Ripped off of $299

I downloaded the Able app to try the trial, but immediately cancelled via the apple store and deleted it from my phone since i was no longer interested in their services. This was on 9/6.
Then on 9/22, i got an email saying that my account was "on hold and suspended" due to not being able to charge my card. I'm not sure how my subscription was still active after cancelling it.

Then come today, 10/10, my credit card was Charged $299 for service I'm not even using and they denied me a refund unless it was a technical error, which it was on their end. Do not use Able App or trust me.

Worst experience for someone who used the app in less than 24 hours.

I had to contact my bank and cancel the card. Able app is a scam business that just debits money from your account in the name of the trial version. Do not be fooled by this. Check my last 2 reviews and you can see that a bot has replied with the same copy-paste apology and does nothing about it. The app does not offer anything helpful. Please do not fall for this. Able.com is a scam, do not put your card, paypal, account details on their site, do not even do the quiz

Like so many other complaints, I signed up for the trial at a lower cost, and Able deducted the trial and another subscription which is not the same amount when put in your card details.

The Aghent Antonio refused to give a refund but confirmed that they had cancelled the subscription, by email and I have even used the chatbot to cancel the subscription and received a confirmation.

Today an even larger amount was deducted from my account, with my bank telling me I need to cancel the account because I am clearly being scammed.

Please avoid the quiz, avoid the trial, worst decision is to give this company your account details.

Misleading Trial and Unfair Charges – No Refund Policy

I recently signed up for Able app and was offered a free trial during the registration process. I chose the smallest payment option available, as the app claimed it was "pay what you think is fair" during the trial. However, I was charged the full subscription fee before I even installed the app. This happened within minutes of starting what was supposed to be a free trial.

When I reached out to Able app’s support via their chatbot, I was told that no refunds are offered once a subscription is active. I explained that I was charged before even using the app, but the response I got was dismissive. Despite their claim of offering a free trial, I was billed right away without any option for a refund. This feels highly misleading and unfair, as the app did not properly explain that starting the trial would immediately incur a charge.

I would caution others to be careful when signing up, as their "trial" period seems to come with hidden charges and no clear resolution when issues arise. Very disappointed with this experience and the customer service that followed.
