AVOID. Every time I get a bill I have to scan and email it to them. Do they have employees or am I doing all the work? They do not have anything automated and it takes several months to complete one payment. The hospital still bills me and threatens collections.

Annie was my coach and she was wonderful! always gave me the best feedback. i felt very comfortable discussing my personal issues with her.

Able makes everything easier. It helps me log my meals and includes workouts. What makes it even better is having a coach who genuinely cares and responds 24/7. A big thank you to Coach Annie! Thieves. Non other word for this company.!! I signed up for a trial which was valid for 7 days, but in order to access it you have download the able app AND the able coach. They force you to use the Able Coach .. this is during the trial payment process.. the moment you click yes to the t&c’s you get charged £58.49. I didn’t want the coach didn’t ask for it but got swindled for £58.. and when I tried to cancel straight away I was told i had 1 day left on my trial .. 7 days hadn’t even passed! So no refund and no money back guarantee on the trial like they promise.. they are con artists . They refused to refund me throwing their t&c’s at me. I needed that money to buy food for my kids .. but these people don’t care. Do Not sign up for ABLE …. EVER!

It’s a very helpful tool to eat more mindfully and healthier. The best thing about this app is the coach. If it wasn’t for Annie I think I’d have given up after a week. But because I have to opportunity to consult with her I continue coz’ she helps me understand better.

My name is Jemma, I have only just started a couple of days ago and as soon as I open the app there was a personal trainer right there for me! (Meike) my trainer is very helpful! And supportive! She makes it very easy for me to understand which really helps. I recommend this app to anyone who is struggling with there needs! I also recommend Meike because she really is a nice person! 😊 the workout and dieting are both really important and she helps me with all of my concerns and wants to get to know me. The app is very good it shows you step to step on how to use the app and the trainer Meike has helped me figure it out thank but the app is laid out very well!

The first coach I had was pretty unhelpful. The second one Meike R. was amazing. However in spite of following her directives the app didn't help me lose weight. The meal plan didn't work for me as I don't eat a lot of the foods that it suggested

They trick you into paying for a trial, TBC it buys you the Word Trial.. not an Actual Trial, They then force you to pick a Monthly by saying, it's part of the 7 day trial 30 day money back guarentee, it's £7.99 for the first month and after that £27 a month. Moment you Click pay.. They dont Charge you £7.99, They Charge you £58!!!!! They WONT give you the money as you agreed to the T&C's in Order to open the APP.. You get two apps.. Able app and Able Coach.. and they Both download to your phone. BUT you can ONLY Access the Coach and that's how they tell you YOU signed up for the Coach which costs £58 when you DID NOTHING of the sort!! TBC.. THERE IS NO EFFING TRIAl!!! DON'T Fall for it.

Pressed on trial yet they charged me anyways, and will not REFUND, they cancelled my subscription and I can’t use the app for the duration of the subscription I paid for. So I can’t use what I paid 80$ for 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ they just straight up deleted my account, and when I emailed them about this, they said the only way is to make a new subscription😂😂 somebody file a law suit I’m begging 🙏🏻😂

I’ve been working with Meike on the Able Coach app, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better coach. She has been super supportive throughout my journey, and what I truly love is how she helps me work with what I already have in my cupboards and fridge, no pressure to spend more or buy unnecessary items. Her approach is practical, caring, and so emotionally supportive, which means so much to me.

Meike is just a text away and always responds as soon as possible, no matter how many questions I ask (and I ask a lot!).
