love this app, nothing but great things to say about it and i love my Coach Kajal, she’s always checking in and making sure the experience is going as i wanted!

Horrible! I applied for a 50 cent trial and they charged me 75! Without my consent.tried to email nut no help!

Kajal is amazing and has been giving me some great feedback on my meals.

Paid for a trial, then when downloaded the app it charged me £62.50. When asking for a refund they said no because apparently I agreed to their terms and conditions which were never seen nor agreed to !

The customer service was rude, closed the conversation despite not being resolved. It’s awful that this website is still running, unfortunately there’s people like me who don’t read reviews before hand :(

Do not even open this scam app I signed for a week subscription which was 0.50$ but without any notification they deducted 30$ from my account and on top of that I can't login to app coz my account isn't valid so I can't unsubscribe the app so I have to unblock my card to avoid any further transaction scam from able app

You should have a name Change I suggest UNABLE AID do not have anything to do with them

0 stars if I could do that. Scammers and says £0.50 for a week trial then after that weekly fees will be charged unless subscription is cancelled. I wanted to give it a go and thought I will try for a week then see how it goes. But no, I was charged £0.50 as well as £62.50. Tried to get a refund, speak to the bot, and emails however nothing works and am not able to get contact from ‘able’ apart from “Please let us know if you need any more help. 🌞” even if I say I need more help etc!
Am not impressed and cannot believe how easily the money was taken from my account. do NOT trust this website

Able coaches are amazing and very supportive during your weight loss period. They have the right knowledge to transform your body shape.

I hate that you have to give a star. I tried to do the minimum for the trial now I find I've been scammed out of $100s because I didn't check the credit card bill. They won't answer any calls. Any emails. WhatsApp and the bot is ridiculous. DO NOT USE.

Kajal made the experience great for me. She was nice and friendly. I appreciate how she is patient with me. I haven't figured my way around the app, but she's understanding and helping me with that. She keeps suggesting food to include in my meals and warns me about harmful ones. She motivates me to keep going. Exactly what I need

1st of all it is 100% a complete scam. After charging me for a trial which was only £0.50 they not soon after took £62.50 out of my account without any warning authorisation. I read the terms and conditions and it said if you pay for trial then were charged full price after you are entitled to a refund. However when I emailed the merchant they refused. Not to mention that the bank told my that the transaction was still pending so I asked the merchant to void the transaction and they REFUSED. Also I’m not afraid to see that the customer service was awful, not helpful or friendly at all. To make everything worse, I wouldn’t even be able to use the trial I paid for because the app doesn’t work.

I started my subscription as many others with the advantage having to pay £2.49 as an initial 7 days plan and later on, but after reviewing my bank statement I was surprised with an charge of £60.51 which I did not approved. I contacted them to request a refund as the second payment was not approved my me, but the blamed it on the software and told me that I should have looked into their terms and conditions which I did but I did not expected to be over charged.

If I could give it 0 stars. I would!!!! They are liars! They are scammers! Their advertising is all lies and scams. I would not trust them. I REPEAT. DONT TRUST THIS!! They charge you randomly and no refunds! Put your money somewhere where it is trustworthy!! Able support is no help. They take weeks to reply. Worst app ever. Worst rules!!! Guild lines and layout in general. Go somewhere else.
