SCAM

SCAM! They make it seem like you are getting discounted medication for the first month, but that is not true. They provide misleading information and then refuse to refund. Also, the only way to contact them is through WhatsApp or a broken chatbox.

Total scam!!

Total scam!!! I paid $20 for trial and speak to a doctor. Then when I saw the med cost and reviews, I cancelled. They still charged me a $79.00 for nothing in Sept. I cancelled subscription and that charge dropped off. Now a month later, the subscription is active again and they charged another $79.00. Over the last month, I received emails from some coach and asked her to stop multiple times informing her that I had cancelled. Since she kept emailing, I guess that was the clue that I was not actually cancelled. They were obviously hoping I didn’t notice the charge. Now I had to cancel my card to stop these charges.

Repeat charges after cancelation and no way to contact support

I signed up for Able’s $20 trial period, but quickly realized it wasn’t for me. I canceled my subscription the same day and received an email confirming the cancellation. Despite this, Able charged me $79 about a week later. Since then, I’ve been repeatedly charged without my consent. My credit card company continues to decline these charges, however, Able keeps trying almost every single day DESPITE receiving confirmation that my subscription was canceled.

Here’s a breakdown of the unauthorized charges:

$79 on 9/13
$79 on 9/14
$79 on 9/17
$79 on 9/20
$79 on 9/23
$79 on 9/27
$79 on 10/3

The worst part is there’s no way to contact anyone from the company. They only have a chatbot through their site or through WhatsApp, which is completely useless—it doesn’t connect you to a real person or help with anything. I’ve tried multiple times, but I’ve had zero success in getting any kind of support.

Now my credit card company is threatening to close my account because they’ve had to keep declining these fraudulent charges. I’m beyond frustrated with Able’s lack of customer service and the ongoing charges that I never authorized. I just want the charges to stop and a refund for the unauthorized payments.

If you're considering trying Able, be warned: even after canceling, you may continue to be charged, and there’s no reliable way to get in touch with anyone to resolve issues.

I paid 99c for a trial, so i thought

I paid 99c for a trial, for a week. I went to cancel and found they had already put through a $43 transaction on the SAME DAY AS THE TRIAL. I DID NOT agree to that! I answered a few questions as part of the trial and it put me in the app. That was it... but they took the 43....and now im going to cancel, i've found this transaction, i've now seen they are trying to take another $51! no email, no notification, no nothing to say that a payment is due. Nothing. Just casually taking my hard earned wages from my account, leaving me short on money to buy groceries for my child. Horrible!

It’s a scam

It’s a scam, so don’t fall into it as I did. They charged my card twice in a space of minutes of nearly 30€ when I chose to pay 50p from the website to try for 7 days. I never accepted any terms and conditions as I got suspicious after the charges and never used the app. I emailed them for a refund, and they said vague stuff to justify stealing from me.

Stay away from it. The positive comments you see here must be from a bot and not real people.

It's not what they saying before you signed! I signed up for one payment of 2.49 £, but they charged me 26.99 £😱😱
This group not clear with information.
Even they not answering my email or messages through the app.
I thought they respect them service.
Anyway, I believe reputation is more important than money 💰.

They took 50 cent for free trial then billed me another 26,50 without my consent. The have a no refund policy written in the fine print of terms of service. I was not able to get my money back but hopefully you wont fall into this scam

SCAMMERS, DO NOT SUB.

They said 0.50 euro for trial. Then charged 26.50 euros without my consent. They do not have refund policy even. I believe they are truly scammers. If you carefully review positive feedback on here, they are posted same day. That means clearly scammers. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM!!

This company is scamming people with promises to lose weight. Their website is very misleading! When you Google weight loss meds, they show you a price leading you to believe that this is what you'll pay monthly for the mediation...but it's NOT!! It's just a subscription payment requiring you to pay an additional month amount in addition to the first monthly amount! They absolutely REFUSE to issue a refund, even if you cancel immediately! DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!
