Worst customer service they Asked £0.5 for the trial period and deducted £61 automatically for one month subscription which was not even authorised and was hidden in name of trial and I cancelled it on the same day within an hour but no one literally no one is helping in their customer service.
It was a high scam this app is fraud.

Misleading Trial with Immediate Full Charge – Beware

I signed up for Able App expecting a genuine 7-day trial at £0.50. Instead, both the trial fee and a full monthly charge of £58.49 were debited the same day. My confirmation email clearly stated that my trial period was valid until 2nd November, yet I was billed immediately. This feels like a dishonest bait-and-switch tactic.

If you’re considering Able App, proceed with caution. Able, if you’re confident in your service, provide transparent trials, not unexpected charges. This approach only undermines trust.

Edit: I have been reaching out since October 26th, only to receive absurd responses citing the Terms and Conditions and refund policy, insisting that no refund is possible. I’ve read through these policies, and nowhere do they state that customers would be forced into a subscription without the trial period. I am still within this trial period, as shown in my email confirmation.

Able App replies on Trustpilot to protect their ratings, but they’re not actually solving customer problems.

Their WhatsApp support is equally disappointing. It feels like they’ve trained a GenAI model to automatically reject refund requests without actually addressing customer concerns. I repeatedly asked why I was charged during an active trial period, but every response was the same dismissive script about a “firm no-refund policy” and “securing account details.” They avoid any genuine engagement, leaving customers feeling scammed. If this is how they handle support, I’d urge anyone to be cautious before trusting Able App.

SCAMMERS NEED SHUTTING DOWN

Daughter signed up for 7 day FREE trial and was immediately scammed of £30! Bank won’t do a refund because she’s under 18 and the company won’t refund. Sounds like they’re doing this to most people and need closing down. SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS, literally stealing from children!!

SCAM, DON’T SIGN UP FOR TRIAL

I signed up for the £0,50 7-day trial but didn’t read the reviews here a couple of minutes later. I check my banking app and Able had charged me not only £0,50 but also a second automatic payment of £58.49 claiming I have upgraded to monthly subscription when I did no such thing. Now I have raised a dispute with Able and my bank, fingers crossed that my money is refunded soon. Customer service is a chat bot and very unhelpful. DON’T SIGN UP.

This is a fraud and highway robbery

This is a fraud and highway robbery. They have been taking $35 several times a month over several months. I signed up for a trial of 7 days for .50cents, they automatically charged me $35. I didn't catch this for a few months but when I did it was shocking ! Their online customer service is a bot. It asked for your email address, sends a code, then when you enter the code it says that your email can't be found so no membership, but yet they are taking money from a bank account linked to the email address.

They won't refund,

THIS IS A FRAUD !!! STAY AWAY !!
