Era “bueno” pero declaran el valor de los productos con su comisión, se tardan en comprar las cosas y ahora aumentaron sus tarifas de compras de 300 a 500 que es muy caro. No podré seguir usándolo, hora de buscar alternativas.

Good but expensive
The packaging was great and I was pleased with the service, however not having information about how much my package weighted and not being able to choose options for shipping ended up worsening the experience. Shipping was way too expensive and same courrier charged me a lot for custom procedures services. I liked it but I don't think I will use the service again due to this.

Good experience
Good experience and friendly customer service. The only downside is that their purchase will take awhile so if you are rushing for things that might sell out fast, choose other option.
edit: Now their purchases are pretty fast.

VERY BIG FLAW
Really HOPE they would improve this:
It takes so LONG for them to purchase. Found a super great deal and used 8mart but they did not purchase it on time (it was quite a while). It would really be a great proxy if it doesn't have this problem. They have great customer service from previous experience, able to cancel order on time, provide refund etc. However they take like few hours to purchase just one item on the website >:( This will make many lose out their purchase and feel super disappointed
This is such a huge flaw!! If they fix this it will be the PERFECT proxy website imo! I REALLY DON'T RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET AN ITEM ASAP! However if you are sure that the item you want to purchase will still be available after quite a while, I do recommend because of the good service.

Ive tried purchasing from mercari but…
Ive tried purchasing from mercari but it always goes to sold out even before they secured it. 1st try they refunded me successfully and no special service fee. The 2nd time, I gave them a chance to— maybe they can still be great, but turns out not. I asked them if my order was able purchase since its already sold out on the mercari site but they asked me if im willing to pay for special service fee of 300. AFTER PAYING JUST ONE SECOND I RECEIVED A EMAIL THAT PURCHASE WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BECAUSE ITS ALREADY SOLD OUT!!!!! UP UNTIL NOW REFUND HASNT BEEN MADE. IM STILL WAITING UNLIKE THE 1ST TIME REFUND IT WAS QUITE QUICK. In conclusion for stress free proxy service dont use 8mart they are scam. No refund and they taken my 300 yen out for “SPECIAL SERVICE FEE” which at 1st transaction was never been made.

Basically, we work within our time schedule, so we request all customers to refrain from sending any sort of reminder messages.
However, when customers agree to pay an additional fee of ¥ 300, we can make fast purchases or check the status of customers' items.
Once you sent us a reminder, we responded specially for free. However, since you sent us reminder messages many times, we explained that a fee of ¥ 300 will be charged for special treatment, and you agreed to pay it.
It is listed on our website, and we obtained your consent via sending a message directly to you, however you violated our rules and left a bad review here.
We are also quick to respond to refund procedures, and the rest is a very common operation between our payment service provider and your credit card company, and we are not responsible for it.

8mart used to be so good. Now they take a really long time to purchase items, pack items, and ship. By the time they get around to purchasing my requested items, it’s usually sold out. I will be looking for a new proxy soon.

this is the second time i’ve used 8mart to purchase items from mercari jpn and i’m super satisfied with their service! they are relatively quick with processing orders/requests as well as scanning them in when the items arrive at their warehouse. their website interface is fairly easy to navigate and my items arrived packaged super safely! will definitely be using their service again in the future.
