Great experience!
This was my first time using 8mart and it was the best experience with a proxy service that i had in a while! I changed proxy service because my old proxy didn’t offer Mercari anymore and their service was going downhill, i definitely do not regret changing to 8mart! The site is easy to use and their service was very fast! Only one downside is that they don’t offer Paypal as payment method (the reason why i’m giving 4 stars), maybe something that can change in the future? (:

Service is fast and good
Service is fast and good, wish I discovered it earlier, but not being able to choose the last international delivery option is a minus. Sometimes EMS is cheaper than DHL and vice versa, it is harder to find a balance when I just guess blindly and end up paying a lot more for no reason. A good alternative to NK which can't be used for Mer JP anymore.

Since increasing their fees
Since increasing their fees from ¥300 to ¥500, their buying requests have been fulfilled much faster, probably within an hour rather than 2 days. I do wish 8mart offered Fed Ex as a form of shipping and allowed you to pick your shipping method after getting a price estimation for each carrier.

As for Fedex, as they have already admitted, their system trouble caused by their system update has not been resolved.

Card Decline
I am actually super mad about this.
8mart declines my card and my dad's card! Yesyes you may say it's the bank's fault but it is 100% not. Got so much cash in it and I am able to purchase on other websites and it is perfectly fine. I thought it was only my problem until I asked my dad to help me pay and his got declined too.
Basically 8mart had banned me from buying goods for no reason whatsoever. Is it because I made a review before criticizing their slow services? I don't know, but I am severely disappointed.

Modest proxy service
Good Japanese proxy service. The service is modest, so the speed to secure certain items from second-hand sites can be slow and sometimes other people buy items before 8mart can get them for me. I also wish the website had a slightly easier way of viewing all of my orders, and could filter out cancelled orders. 8mart also does not take Paypal, which is very frustrating. But, all in all, the fees are all reasonable, storage is modest but enough time, and the shipping is safe and fast. Proxy services have become very expensive, but 8mart is accessible for most people. I will continue to use the service.

Great service!
Great service, reasonably priced. I didn't have any issues putting orders in, and figuring everything out on the website was fairly easy. Items were well packaged on their way to me, and everything was shipped in a timely manner. Since I didn't encounter any issues with my items, I didn't have to deal with customer service, so I can't speak to that.
My only real complaint would be that implementing a save item or wishlist feature would help save heaps of effort and time while browsing items and putting things into the cart! I'd also definitely love a lift on the 15 item limit- it's pretty restricting for someone looking to get the most out of international shipping, especially since I tend to have interest in very small items that don't weigh much.
I'll definitely be using this service again! A++
