While the service fee is a a tad bit more then other services. This is the very best one for buying anything in Japan. I tried it for my entire friend group and now we all use it. They are very accommodating and help you out so much. Extremely fast at buying your requested items. I out in a request and it is almost instantly purchased. Shipping time is fast and extremely secure. Thank youuuuuuuu!

My first time using 8Mart was a positive experience! The company was quick to secure my items, when there was an issue with an order they refunded me in a timely manner that allowed me to re-buy the items from a different seller. Their customer service team is very helpful and kind. My order arrived safely and I decided to utilize the service again shortly after.

my items were bought quite fast and they were very responsive! i think the fees are pretty reasonable compared to other proxies i’ve looked at, but i cant say for sure because this is my first time using one. my items were packaged well even without paying extra fees to do so :) definitely check the taxes or custom fees you’ll have to pay on top of shipping in your country though. i will probably buy from 8mart again in the future!

Service super. However, my credit card kept rejecting the payment (2 different banks). I had to call my bank for special authorization for each payment.

UPDATE: since 8mart promised to look after the issue. I will trust them.

Everything was packed well and arrived as if I bought the items myself. Everything is in perfect working order.

I preordered an item
In February, it was supposed to be released in July. I contacted 8mart about my order in mid-July and they told me it hasn’t been shipped to them. Now it’s September and they told me they still haven’t gotten it. That’s just ridiculous! I don’t think they ever placed my order to begin with. They refused to give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM 8mart!

UPDATE: The item I ordered is from JAPAN, not China. Why would it have to go through China? I tried logging to my account again to read their message and the page said my account was suspended due to "suspicious activity". I only made ONE order with them, and I didn't even get it. I'll be happy to provided the screenshots as evidence.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
If they were a good and honest place, they would have clear answers and not try to suppress evidence.

UPDATE part 2: Instead of trying to communicate like a responsible business, they’re on trustpilot claiming that I’m reviewing the wrong domain. I have more than enough emails from them. This is not a good look, 8mart.jp.
