Easy to use and reliable service
I have ordered multiple times from 8mart over about 2 years. Service is good and any queries are replied promptly. Delivery is reliable and prices are reasonable since you can choose from multiple delivery options. Had one incident where the item I wanted sold out but I was informed shortly and I received the full refund within a few days. Will definitely continue to order from 8mart.

Nice, nice, nice
Good experience once again! I was one happy person opening my (late) Christmas package :)
Few short notes:
- They were a little slower in securing my items this time (I think several hours as opposed to the usual ten minutes?). However, it's likely they experienced more orders than usual due to how close we were to the holidays
- 8mart recently implemented a 30 day free storage counter next to each item and changed how shipping requests are made - meaning they'll consolidate the package and then offer options (complete with prices), from which you can choose yourself. I highly prefer this over going in blind with 8mart's choice or hoping my package falls within the conditions of my preferred option...and take it as a sign that they really do value our feedback as customers ^-^ Looking forward to future improvements ~
- I couldn't use their winter special promotion (300yen per item fee) as much as I would've liked - also it lasted about two days, compared to some proxies running their promotions for a month or so - but I appreciate the gesture! Maybe there'll be a day when 8mart can run their promotions for longer. Until then, I'm (for the most part) happy with what they provide

Overall very good
Overall very good, I’m happy with the prices of items but I do think shipping can be a little expensive. For people who are kpop collectors this is a very good site but shipping for only photocards can be expensive and the amount packaging can be excessive (the price could have easily been lowered if a smaller shipping box/package was chosen.). Besides that I’ve have no complaints and the customer service team is great and very nice.

We try to keep our costs at 8mart Japan as low as possible without compromising the quality of our services, but unfortunately, when it comes to international shipping fees, that is something out of our control. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping fees for all shipping couriers and Japan Post have skyrocketed and have also limited the more reasonable shipping methods for some areas, including the U.S., so any small package will cost at least about $20.

My favorite Japan Proxy!
I use 8mart's services mainly for Mercari JPN ordering Kpop photocards: I have been using their services for a couple months now and I have now forwarded 6 boxes from them to me. Every single time they are fast to order from Mercari, fast to process packages into their system, fast to give me shipping quotes, and fast to ship out once I pay. They know how to carefully package items to make sure they arrive safely (with DHL they use the DHL box and a polymailer for even more protection). I have reccomended them to so many of my friends and they love them as well. I will continue using them for as long as I can, thank you so much for being a great company!
