I bought an airsoft replica with them, and everything went sooooo good, I was afraid at first because buying airsoft gun from Japan can be very difficult or impossible to the least, but they made it possible and very easy since they're doing everything for it, the shipping was very quick, they're very active and the customer support is awesome, they managed to answer all my questions or worries, and I can't thank them enough, I will go with them for my next purchases !

I had struggled for a few months trying and failing to get doorzo to ship something to me, so I decided to try out lunarcat's mail forwarding service.

A store in Akihabara was selling items that was not available online and I searched hard for a way to purchase the items and ship them here. I stumbled upon Lunarcat, and decided to use their services as there were no other good options. Their order form was incredibly simple to fill out and all fees were laid out clearly. The system tells you when they purchase the item or if the item was sold out before they got there (and they refund what they can't buy). Even sending a packing order to ship the items was really simple. I had a small issue where the shipping costs were not calculated correctly, and Lunarcat was really quick to respond to my issue and let me know what the problem was, as well as refunding me for the difference in shipping. I've had such a pleasurable experience, and will gladly use their services again in the future. Thank you so much!!

Reliable , fast , helpful and responsive . Every step for delivery was quickly done.

It was my(and their) first time working with me to ship fountain pen inks; water based fountain pen inks are the bane of many proxies because they are:
1) Liquid, so an SDS or a TSCA is required which scares 99% of proxies off.
2) Fragile and could leak, so even more deadly to proxies that don't want to take responsibility.

Lunarcat was willing to purchase for me and made sure all of the paperwork was in order for import; I simply filled out the TSCA to approve that the ink shipment meets all of the TSCA standards.
Unfortunately, some unintended damage happened to some of the packaging of bottles that arrived. FedEx can be a little heavy handed when it comes to packages without proper bubble wrapping on all four corners.

But, the onus is also on me to inform them that this is something that was important to me; 99.99% of people care what's actually in the box, not the wrapping around it.

LunarCat was still a wonderful person to work with and I will work with them again. I did not request any type of refund for the damaged packaged bottles because in the grand schemes of things, it is a rather minutae of an issue that most people, unless you're an avid ink addicted collector like me, would care about.

Lunarcat followed my instructions for packing my guitar as told. I'm pleased enough to use this service again.

Great experience! Will definitely use again. I was looking for a couple limited sofubi figures only available at a shop in Akihabara that would not ship to me. I sent Lunarcat the details in an order request and in less than 24 hours, they had purchased the figures for me in-store. After that, shipping to me was fast and easy.
