Fast, informative, and best proxy out there!
1 year later I’ve ordered again and to my surprise….
they’re still just as satisfactory and quick! It was almost back and forth, me confirming shipments and requesting and almost seconds later getting emails updating me that my products have been shipped out or a box has been created. I was impressed and pleased with the care and updates put in, and the speed. It was about a 1.5 weeks tops.
Shipping costs and service fees aren’t crazy at all in my opinion, and I saved about 100 dollars extra importing from jp through 8mart rather than ordering from my own eBay!
Extremely happy again with 8mart! Will not be changing proxys anytime soon. :o)

26 packages later~
I'm trying not to review every time I get an order just because I'll be here basically once or twice a month... But 8mart continues to meet my expectations. The staff are on top of things and great at being in contact with sellers about different things and I'm very appreciative of that. They continue to pack things in a compact manner. This saves me money and when I have to pick up the package from a holding center, it is easy for me to carry home.

I appreciate the fast response. I didn.t give 5 stars because I found the order process is a bit hard to understand for fist time buyers. It was not apparent that after we get the offer, just request item by clicking the shopping cart. (I am very familiar with online shopping and been ordering online for over 15 years via Amazon etc.)

This time, we believe what you meant by "the order process is a bit hard to understand" is that it was a bit confusing on how to change your shipping address after paying for the product.
Therefore, for our customers who have always entered the correct shipping address, this issue does not apply to them.
We follow the recommendation of our payment service provider and in principle ship to the shipping address provided at the time of product payment. For this reason, we indicate in red text on the shopping cart page that our customers must enter the correct shipping address on the payment page.
(We know it is a little odd to display it in red text, but if you have a better idea for getting customers to enter the correct shipping address, please let us know.)
However, for those who, like you this time, have entered an outdated or incorrect address, we always provide solutions on how to change your shipping address.
In this case, since it was not long at that you paid for the item, we informed you to purchase the same item again, entering the correct shipping address.
Once we were able to confirm the payment, we could have refunded the payment for the old address and immediately moved on to the next process.
However, we believe that the above process was a little difficult for you to understand based on your experience with other e-commerce sites where you could easily change your address.
We will share this review internally and see if there is any better way to ensure that our customers enter the correct address, or if there is an easy way to change the shipping address after the product has been paid for.

8mart is the way to go
Just had another great experience with 8mart. I love 8mart so much because of the low fees, conversion and most of all the low international shipping! My experience with other proxies has been less than ideal, with the standard being outrageous shipping, packing and consolidation fees. One thing I think 8mart is very good at is proper packaging and consolidation, everything is wrapped and packaged safely!

Good option for Mercari Japan purchases
Since this is a third party buyer items can, and do, sell out before they can. Especially depending on when you order I've noticed. That said this is common among these sorts of sites so I can't complain too much about it. The site interface is very bare minimum and sometimes the search function for mercari doesn't work well, it will say no items when there are items or doesn't refresh the item inventory. It helps to translate your item into japanese or sometimes just search for it on another site or mercari japan directly.
All my items shipped safely and fairly inexpensively. There was bubble wrap and cardboard to reinforce the photocards i bought and they used a box to ship which kept them secure. They were also wrapped in additional plastic to help protect against water damage.
I've used 8mart several times and will likely continue to use them!

Reliable as usual
This is my 4th time using 8mart.jp as a proxy. I like using them because they package items for shipment very well, and this time was no different. My item came safely packed with a layer of lightweight but thick bubble wrap, protecting my item yet not increasing shipping fee by much. Will always come back to 8mart when I want to buy stuff from Japan.
