Great communication, fair pricing, solid packaging, and many options for shipping and proxy sites. I have been using this proxy for a while after having a bad experience with the service I always used to use and I could have avoided it altogether had I switched sooner.

I had 8mart for three times in a row now and im just so in love with thier services. The way the packed the stuff with care and protection i surely love it. They charge falt 500yen fee for everything and i dont think its bad at all cuz they didnt charged extra for anything else. i would highly reccomed it to all.

I think this was my 3rd purchase using 8mart. Bought a $150 shirt. Faster, cheaper, and better shipping options than competitors.

First time using 8mart, it has been a pleasant experience thus far. While currently 8mart charges 500yen per item, they help to procure and remind sellers, store, check and ship items in good order. I also appreciate their post-order customer service via their business WhatsApp line. All the refunds from the “cancelled” items by sellers have come through as well. It is one avenue where folks like us out of Japan can tap on to purchase items that may not be easily available elsewhere.

By contrast, this feels like a team of nice folks helping you out only when you ask, but who otherwise leave you in peace. Even the website is more simply designed and feels more like a useful tool than a chaotic marketplace. I'm a textiles enthusiast that likes looking for used items on the Japanese domestic mercari site. Japanese culture respects made things in a special way, so it's nice to slowly collect a box of well-kept treasures while keeping my calm and dignity as a shopper.

This is my second time ordering through using 8mart and I am and will be a returning customer of theirs. The fees are great due wish they were a little less but not bad. They always ship my orders very well and will send reminders about needing to ship my order. I also appreciate when shipping they take extra precautions like needing a signature with my package so they can ensure it was delivered and signed.
