Unfortunately, you left a bad review on the different company!
Our business model strongly relies on sellers and a large number of other buyers, so the cancellation rate is higher than other businesses, but we always implement refund procedures promptly on our end.
As explained in the email to you, refunds usually take 5-10 business days, but can take up to 2 months.
However, this is an arrangement between our payment service provider and your bank or credit card company and we are not responsible for it.

Great, straightforward service with fair fees! I ordered 3 items from Mercari, they're small items so I was worried about possible damage but they were packaged very safely! 8mart is now my first choice for Japan proxy shipping and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Shipping was fast but price was terrible for shipping. $93 to ship a box of shoes.

Since your review contains misleading information, we would like to leave some supplementary explanations here.
1. He or she attempted dropshipping (reselling method without inventory) for a customer residing in Australia (not authorized by us).
2. Due to his or her miscommunication with the end user, the instructions were changed over and over again. (Furthermore, false information was also included, such as claiming that the end user was his or her relative.)
3. Therefore, we have charged a fee for special requests based on our pricing table clearly stated. (There were multiple special requests, but we waived most of the fees.)
4. The amount he or she claims is in Australian dollars, which also includes the Australian GST at 10% of the item price and shipping fees.

The customer service team has quick response to questions. The packing and shipping were fast as well.
Japan Post doesn't deliver to north America recently. DHL is the "cheapest" option which costs a lot and they charged clearance fee on top of it. The overall shipping cost doesn't justify buying from Japan.
I would suggest to wait until Japan Post is back in service.

I'm really glad I discovered 8mart
I'm really glad I discovered 8mart. It's the cheapest and most convenient proxy buying service I have ever used. I like how they would constantly provide updates regarding my order through emails. And when the courier failed to deliver my item, they gave me a heads up before I could even check the tracker. I really appreciate that. I wish they could give buyers an option to ask for pictures of their items though so we can be assured that the right items were sent. That's all. Thank you!

Very Good
I was a tad worried at first because my card was declined - turns out it was just because it was an overseas website and my credit card company wanted to make sure it wasn’t stollen - but after that I had a great experience! Cheapest shipping i’ve had on any proxy i’ve used before!

Made a few purchases and the whole process is reliable and pleasant. Their request/message response is top-notch; did go through them for advice on item not listed by certain shops and was advised clearly on how to proceed - managed to purchase item in the end. Overall site design is spartan but very functional. A big thank you again!
