Awful
Awful. The people on the phones are kind and polite. This does not reflect them at all. But I am trying to bring my account up to date as ive missed some payments. I want to arrange a payment plan so that I can get connected again, but ive been told someone will get back to me, they never do. I understand ive missed payments but why cant you help me to get connected again? I cant afford the £86 in missed payment. Please contact me asap.

Luwam saved a customer
Luwam Was absolutely brilliant, answered every question and said she’d get the tech team to look into my lower than promised speed. She also convinced me to upgrade to the better package. Absolutely outstanding service from Luwam and without her, would have likely looked elsewhere on renewal. If it wasn’t for Luwam, you would have lost a customer.

SARAJ customer service was very helpful
SARAJ was helpful, knowledgeable and fair during our phonecall today. He offered me a good deal which after some negation we found middle ground in and got the new contract sorted.

Emmy Review
Emmy did the best he could with what he was required to do by the company in terms of reselling contracts. The company practice of offering new contracts to avoid price increases is shoddy practice and you're asking your staff to wrap that in a bow and sell it. He did an excellent job with a poor product and underhand company practice.

Chidozie was perfect top marks
Chidozie was perfect top marks on the lad. I got a call while at work asking to extend my contract and get a great deal of saving something like £4 or £5 on my contract which is currently £35/month and told the person to call me back at 5 which they failed to do so i logged into my account after work and seen you were offering me £17/month (£4 increase for the next 2 marches) and he looked into it and sorted me out with that deal which is a substantial savings compared to my previous call. So yeah top marks on the lad for sorting it all out and in a timely manner. He couldn't of been anymore helpful. Definitely gonna recommend the company to friends and family if this is the company's level of customer service when you call in.
