It was a great experience and we are absolutely loving the service and SARAJ helped and explained everything in a great straight forward manner amd we absolutely appreciate his help and his excellent work with us

Helpful customer services

4th Utility provided an excellent service. Always helpful and available over the phone, especially Nikolai. We moved to a postcode outside of their coverage and we were charged no leaving fees. I would recommend.

great support from John H

John H quickly diagnosed the faulty power supply to my router and directed me to where to get a replacement immediately. Much appreciated as work depends on my connection.

The queuing system to get through could do with a countdown (position in queue), otherwise it would have been a 5*

We understand that you'd like to continue your contract, but are moving to an area where we cannot currently provide service.
