Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided by 4th Utility, as the representative I spoke with was helpful and managed my request effectively. However, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the customer experience.
Firstly, the call centre environment was extremely noisy. It sounded as though multiple agents were speaking at the same volume in the background, making it difficult to focus on the conversation. At times, it genuinely felt like several people were speaking to me simultaneously, which made communication unnecessarily challenging.
Secondly, having the agreement read out over the phone felt unprofessional and inefficient. Given the often poor quality of VoIP calls, it was difficult to clearly understand every word. This approach increases the risk of misunderstandings and does not reflect modern communication standards.
Finally, the lack of an email contact option is frustrating. Not being able to communicate in writing limits flexibility and makes it harder to keep a clear record of interactions.
In summary, while the service itself was satisfactory, improvements to the call centre environment, communication methods, and contact options would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

Extremely disappointed with the recent service I’ve been having from for utility. Very poor service regarding the intermittent fault I have with my Internet service this morning was the fourth time I have waited in for a promised engineer visit for them not to turn up I have spent hours on the telephone now you are wasting my time costing me money and we are still having to deal with very poor Internet service, extremely dissatisfied with all of your services lately. you’ve made promises and let me down. When is somebody going to take responsibility and sort out the problem
