Benjamin was very honest and upfront with an extremely friendly demeanour.

Customer service - both the call staff and the engineer- is excellent.

Internet drops out regularly. Sales are very pushy and don't give you accurate information about your contract to get you to sign up. Price increases when you dont expect them. I will not be renewing the contract when due for certain.
