Great Provider with Great Customer Service
Such a good provider and never had one drop out in 2 years. Called as my renewal was due and Sky was cheaper, Spoke to Emmy who did a great job matching the deal to avoid the hassle of switching. Highly recommend this company for cost and service.

First class service
Initially, I was disappointed with my first phone call to 4th utility. However, I received a phone call back from a lovely woman called Kay who made the experience outstanding in every way. It was just a bit disappointing that your first operative wasn’t as professional and on the ball as Kay was.

Excellent service from Chris and a warm voice!
Chris was in contact with me from the moment I contacted 4th utility and was able to explain the difference in price for each of their offers including the available discounts. Chris also provided advice on how to obtain a phone over the internet service as 4th Utility is not providing a telephone line.
