Callum, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the subject of me switching over to 4th utility for my broadband. He was very patient, explaining how the take over would take place and even gave me a great price offer. An asset to the team.

Excellent Support from Jamie Y (Jay Y) – Finally Resolved!
After a long and frustrating experience with 4th Utility involving duplicate accounts, incorrect address details and connection issues, I finally received the help I needed from Jamie Y (Jay Y).
Jamie was professional, patient and genuinely committed to resolving the problem. He took ownership of the situation and worked with me until everything was finally sorted out.
While my overall experience with 4th Utility had been challenging, Jamie’s assistance made a real difference and deserves recognition.
