Recent Disappointment
Normally, everything was great quality and exactly as promised when ordered. However, our past few orders have been less than perfect. There have been cut line mishaps and ink scratches on business cards, "empty bleeds" on yard signs when preflighting showed my artwork extending to the bleed line. I had to reorder 2 yard signs and the new ones came in with the same white strip on one edge. Typically, I'm very happy with 4over and we delight in using them for our print business, but recently we've been less than pleased more than once.

I still haven't received the proofs for the printing job.
Unfortunately it's the only company you can work with otherwise I would no longer work with them at all.

Not responsive
On Friday I put in two quote requests. Both were for exact reprints at a higher quantity. I received one (E5000230996) I received and the other (E5000231004) I did not. I called and was advised to write to estimating@4over I did so and got no response. I called back and the CSR sent estimating a message. Still no acknowledgement. Client needs quotes on 2 quantities to tell us how many to run. A simple I'm working on it but bit might not be until Monday would have been basic courtesy. Disappointing. Felt like I was being trained to lower my expectations. Bad news for you is it might have worked. Am still waiting, I need the info as early Monday as possible.
