The cutter needs some training. They are not always cut correctly. Maybe new employees?

Bad experience
Use only if you have no deadline. I paid for one-day processing and estimated one-day shipping. The production was moved to Texas, instead of the local factory, and then immediately put into reprint. Six days later, the prints are still sitting in production. After chatting with three online customer service representatives who said they would look into the issue and update me, I never received an update. I called, and the representative told me it was stuck in reprint and that they would get to it whenever they feel like it. Paying extra for one-day processing doesn't mean anything if it's in reprint and there is no way to get them to actually make the order.
