No bundle shipping
I think it's crazy that I could not bundle ship all of the posters. I just ordered, each one of them now has a $25 shipping fee.

Quality is always great, but service not always.
After having jobs completed several times, the requirements for submitting artwork changed, then changed again, and then again, each time cancelling my artwork with a final result that is not acceptable for me to order metal signs any longer for all of my metal printing projects.

Paid for rush production and the job…
Paid for rush production and the job was several days late. Zero communication explaining what was going on so I started calling three days after it should have shipped. Even the folks on the phone were having problems getting me an update.

Good work but not helpful if you have an issue
They do good work but when I had an issue with one of the banners and wanted to order a replacement part that I was willing to pay for(not blaming them for the issue at all) I didn't receive much help when I couldn't find the right part. They just told me where to order it but I still could not find the right part as I had already explained to them. The customer service just does not go any bit above.
