The shipping cost isn't calculated correctly. Charges double for the same delivery. The local pick up option doesn't work even when I know the product is produced locally. Delivered way later than expected.

Ordering online is a breeze with how the website is set up. I'm glad that they have a template which makes it easier. If I ever come upon a problem, they are very helpful to get me going in the right direction.

As long as your art is to spec, one can afford MANY printing projects and make great mark-ups for little work as a broker. Only 'missing link' is offering a service that alters reducing enlarged original artwork to fit, say, a post- or business card.
