I’ve been happy overall with your product selection and turnaround times. When there have been a couple of mistakes, you’ve addressed them quickly, which I appreciate.
My main concern is the packaging of completed jobs. In most cases, I’ve had to rebox orders so they look more professional and presentable before delivering them to my customers. For example, the stickers placed all over the business card boxes don’t create a great presentation, and the recent order of 2,500 business cards packaged loose in a single box did not reflect well from a customer standpoint.
If upgraded or special packaging is available at an additional cost, I would be open to that option. As it stands, the current packaging makes it difficult for me to feel comfortable drop-shipping orders directly to my customers.

Your stupid chat bot doesn't allow any other type of questions other than one you preset it to respond to so if I have question outside of the list, I am out of luck! Terrible customer service experience.

I recently had an issue with a print file, and their customer service team responded to my trouble ticket almost immediately. They clearly explained what was causing the problem, offered a helpful solution, and arranged a reprint without hesitation.
I truly appreciated how accommodating and solution-oriented they were. I’ve used this company many times, and while most of my orders run smoothly, it’s reassuring to know that when support is needed, they consistently provide exceptional attention and prompt care. Highly recommend!
