We absolutely HATE the lack of customer service, the fees that NEVER used to be a part of doing business with this vendor.

Easy website, easy artwork uploads. Most importantly, quick turnaround and good prices.

I’ve been working with 4over for over 20 years, and they have consistently delivered excellent service and quality printing. Throughout the years, they have been reliable, professional, and very easy to work with.

I have been using 4over for more than 20 years, and as a print reseller, I can honestly say their quality and customer service have been excellent. On the very rare occasion that there has been a problem with an order that was not my fault, they have always made it right to my satisfaction. That level of service is not something I can say about many other trade printers.

UPDATE: I received a follow-up call from 4over after they had a chance to review my order. While, unfortunately, the situation itself couldn't be helped, the financial end could be and was. 4over was apologetic, and I was promptly refunded in full for the project. I've worked with 4over for many years and have come to rely fully on them for good service. While this situation was regrettable, I feel confident moving forward in good faith. Things go wrong sometimes. And it is how a company responds that makes all the difference. Thank you!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

This order was placed as a rush job. I submitted the artwork on March 3 and paid for next-day production and Next Day Air shipping, which meant the package should have arrived on March 6.

Instead, the order did not ship until March 6 and is now scheduled for delivery on March 9.

This delay completely defeats the purpose of the rush service. My client needed these prints before an international flight on March 8, and I accepted the project because your stated turnaround time made that possible.

To ensure the timeline, I called on March 4 to confirm that the order would ship by March 5, and I was told that it would.

Once the delay occurred, I should have been notified immediately, and the shipment should have been upgraded to Saturday delivery to mitigate the problem.

Because none of these steps were taken, the prints will now arrive after my client has already left the country, making the order unusable. I will now be absorbing the entire cost of the project in order to protect my professional reputation.

Since the expedited production and shipping services that were paid for were not fulfilled, I am requesting a full refund for this order. I trust you will review the order timeline and resolve this promptly so that the billing accurately reflects the service that was actually provided.

We've been using 4over for over ten years for a lot of our marketing firm's print work. Prices are pretty competitive (one exception we have found is booklet/magazine pricing is not as competitive). A broader selection of paper brightness/weights for stationery jobs would be nice. Turnarounds are pretty fast. Quality can fluctuate periodically, especially with trims/cutting. Customer service is attentive and typically does a good job when we have to contact them for job correction.
