Things have hit rock bottom.
This is the 3rd time in a year that 4-Over has let me down by not delivering my order on time. I called to check that my order would ship on time and customer service said that my order would but it did not and it has cost me a long time customer. When I asked how to avoid this in the future 4-Over customer service said that there is nothing they can do. Its just the way it is.

Easy order process
I found it easy to order exactly what I wanted at competitive pricing and it was produced and delivered in a timely manner. 4Over is a great choice for very small orders--less than 10 pieces.

4over has become my go-to source for print collateral. My most recent order for door hangers and business cards were printed and delivered all within a week, and turned out even better than expected. I know that I can count on 4over to deliver on time and with the quality expected. The best part, hearing client reactions when they have the completed product in their hands.

Customer Service
Well I ordered some fliers and noticed I had to make a change. I called 30 minutes later to cancel and they said only thing they can do is refund me the shipping which was 25 dollars and they would keep the rest of the money and trash the flyers I had uploaded which was probably not even printed yet. She said they were in production but some how 4 days later is was shipped out.

I am not happy with your new updates…
I am not happy with your new updates and that you can no longer take my files as a PDF. That for some reason your system now insists they be converted into tiffs now. I was given quite the run around to finally get to this new conclusion.
I will say your customer service reps were friendly. The first one was not able to solve the problem at all. The second one only helped me with one file out of seven using a FTP link but my third customer service person was fantastic and helped me and figured out that if the files were in tiff your ordering program would finally except them. I was beginning to feel like I’d never get this job out again with your company the hole process took me weeks to get through I had to change logo to flat only to find out there was nothing wrong with the file. It’s all about your new updated program on you ordering site. It doesn’t appear to be the way. It should be rejecting things that it shouldn’t.

There was an issue with the upload of my project and it was hard to get an answer if it was on your end or mine. It took a whole day to sort it out.
Staff was very pleasant to work with, situation was frustrating.
