3D Recruit Omdömen

Very friendly
Diverse
Excellent support

The experience was so nice and had lots of fun time with our residents at larpool care home.
I will love to work with that home again as we have real nice and understanding people.
In general, Prima Patel has good and nice intentions for me and other carers.

3D recruited me in early September of 2021. I was working with the wonderful Francesca, SEN advisor. She is absolutely phenomenal in finding me a job straight away and ensuring that I felt comfortable in the school that she found for me. Within a week of communication, Francesca found me a job in a brilliant school. I have been working at the same school, via 3D, for nearly 2 years now. Francesca is always at the other end of the line. If, for any reason, I couldn’t work certain days, Francesca would sort it out for me, allowing me to take the day, without any further stress. Throughout my years working with 3D, Francesca always made sure I felt supported no matter what. I never had any anxieties in my job knowing that I had the 3D team supporting me. I would highly recommend Francesca and the whole team.

Fran has really helped me and been an amazing contact when starting at 3D Recruits. I absolutely love my first assignment and can’t wait to continue!

Helen and Francesca have been great as I have stepped back into the teaching world. I have been given the supply work that suits my skills and time as well as feeling valued as a member of the 3D Recruit team.

Thank you
Susan

I couldn't be happier with 3D recruit.
Very helpful and reliable.
Thank you Francesca and team.

Thank you Chi, Jess and team for your excellent service. I couldn't have been in better hands at 3D, and I particularly appreciated the comprehensive and flawless registration process. You have gone above and beyond to help me satisfy the necessary recruitment checks and secure a position within record time, over the holiday period so I could start working immediately in January! I particularly appreciated how you work hand in hand between health/care and social work roles and I never had to repeat information to different agents. You've also been fantastic on a personal level, playing to my strengths and finding a role that connects with my career goals.
For these reasons I highly recommend 3D Recruit to any health care/social work professional.

Working with 3D has been a great experience and I enjoyed working with the agency

I have been speaking to Oskar from this organisation. Oskar has been a great person to speak to as a professional advisor and as person. He was and always is, genuine in respect of work - home life balance, case loads, how much I can travel. I have always said to him I need a Social Worker role which helps me develop and not feel burnt out. Oskar has been proactive in finding suitable roles and manageable case loads. He put me first, as a result we speak about work, weekends and he's built a good working relationship with me. Thank you Oskar.

The company are very attentive towards their tutors.
They ensure you have one to one attention. They pay on time and ensure that communication between you and the school you are working for is clear and precise.

Great working for 3D, good placements. Excellent and honest communication.

Fab communication, quick to respond to enquires. Wages paid correctly on time.
Great agency to work for.

Not started work with them yet but so far the registration process has been straight forward and everyone has been very helpful and encouraging and I am looking forward to working with them.

Stuff there are very nice and helpful

My consultant is very considerate, she checks on my progress regarding my employment. I feel like she is with me at all time, checking on my wellbeing at work. I appreciate her effort greatly.

Absolutely brilliant staff, great communication and made the whole process from interview to starting employment easy. A huge thank you to Francesca who got me started with a school super quick, kept me informed weekly of my progress, checked on me, making sure I was happy and always advised that she was there if I ever needed help. She kept me updated of further work with the school. I had the best time working where I was placed. I would highly recommend working with 3D recruitment.

Amazing company to work for. They are very responsive and get you work very quick. Nothings to much for them.

Working for 3D Recruit is great, the staff are so lovely, friendly and kind and always are honest with you. You feel very supportive when working for them. I highly recommend working for 3D Recruit.

Absolutely superb service. Ronnie was very proactive in getting me set up and contacting schools that we agreed might be a good fit for me. As we looked for a full time appointment, I was kept in consistent employment, covering at local schools. Communication has always been timely and excellent.

As we approached an interview for a full time appointment, I was offered coaching on how to approach the interview. Happily, I'm now in full time employment at a school that 3D Recruit/Ronnie placed me in. I wouldn't have got there without his support and proactive approach to finding me a suitable place. Ronnie and the team have been amazing throughout. A highly recommended organisation - the service couldn't be better!

The consultants were lovely and very friendly and welcoming towards me.
