Outstanding
Frankly - everyone who came to my rescue, was a delight. From the engineer who did a temporary fix so we could have hot water again through to the engineer who installed the new boiler. As well as all the people i spoke to on the phone.

I would think twice about buying a…
I would think twice about buying a boiler thru this company. What they dont tell you is they fit your boiler for you and offer you a service contract. They dont tell you they fit a non Ideal boiler filter and this isnt cover in the service contract. So now I have to pay £50 per year to have the filter that they fitted serviced. If I dont I could damage my boiler and then of course we know what they will say. You didnt maintain your boiler and the repair isnt cover.
Also be careful with the finance side, they use Tandam who charge a daily interest rate and not month. Works out a very expensive boiler and not a lot of support. The management are the ones making the decision and not thinking of the customers.

As discussed, the plan does not include the annual maintenance of the system filter. We have never advised that filter servicing was included within the cover provided.
We would also like to clarify that the finance agreement, including the repayment amounts and total cost of credit, was explained and provided to you before you entered into the agreement. These terms have not changed since acceptance and are set out in the finance documentation supplied by the lender.
We always aim to be transparent about both our products and services, and we appreciate all customer feedback.
