I had a new boiler installed by Juan. He did a great job. My previous boiler was not fitted correctly so Juan fixed the issues, installed my new boiler correctly and ensured everything was cleared away and working properly before he left. No issues with it so far.

Excellent service received
Excellent service received. From ordering a new boiler to it being installed was just 4 days. The engineers were very friendly, professional and very efficient. They completed the installation within four hours. They left everything very clean and tidy. Before they left they kindly explained how everything worked making sure that I understood. I can only recommend 24/7 for their excellent service.

quick and experienced service
I had a new boiler installed on the Monday. Tuesday I started to experience the same problem as I was having with the old boiler.
Liam, your engineer came on Wednesday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.

Service 2nd to none
I will be honest. I initially did have issues with 24 7 but they did come through for us in the end. They were swift to deal with this particular issue. The first problem was to do with my plan. However when my boiler broke down they came up with an affordable idea that suited my needs.
The lad that installed it was fabulous. He was polite, he cleaned up after himself, and made a great job of it.
The customer service at Burnley was amazing. I wish I could remember their names. I thank you most sincerely 🙏 my husband is disabled and you certainly helped us.. thank you again

247 Staywarm are absolutely fantastic…
247 Staywarm are absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend them enough! We took out boiler cover with 247 when another provider let us down. We hoped to never need it, but during May 2026 we experienced a small leak with our boiler. I booked an appointment with 247 and they made an appointment to suit me. I moved this appointment twice and they still accommodated me without any issue. A quick side note; their call center staff are fantastic. Based in Burnley, they are extremely quick to answer and I never had to fight to get through to someone. Always polite and helpful and eager to help. So, our engineer arrived; Carl was incredible. He was polite, professional and personable. Incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain the situation with our aging boiler. He conducted an extensive service of our boiler and I couldn't be happier.
Our boiler was getting on in years and I wanted to have it replaced. Carl gave his opinion and helped me make an informed decision. There was no pressure or sales tactics, just an honest guy doing a great job.
So I booked in for a new boiler with 247, and once again I didnt make things easy for them; rearranging the appointment date twice and they still accommodated me fantastically. Organised around my work schedule for a suitable time and date. The engineers that fitted the boiler did a brilliant job and got us up and running in around 5-6 hours. They flushed the system and provided a new wireless thermostat controller. It looks fantastic and has worked seamlessly. I received a follow up courtesy call from the team in Burnley checking everything was OK the next working day.
Overall im very happy with the service we've received and can safely say 247 Staywarm have a customer for life. Their pricing was much more affordable than their competitors and their service is miles ahead. As I say, we used a couple of competing companies over the years and they were difficult, and oftentimes pretty unhelpful when attending our aging boiler.
Our experience from start to finish has been wonderful. The entire team deserve praise for making a potentially stressful situation a breeze. From the call center staff to the engineers, absolutely brilliant.

The engineers that came to fit my new…
The engineers that came to fit my new boiler were outstanding. They were polite and thoughtful as well as being very professional. When an unexpected problem arose with the existing pipe work, they stayed and sorted it out. I am extremely happy with the service and boiler

Boiler Installation
I had my old system boiler replaced with a Combi boiler.
I can say that everything went like clockwork, from the moment I agreed with the deal offered to the job completion.
Both Customer service and Technical services where very helpful and concise regarding the all procedure.
The Engineer that made the installation was considerate and polite, left the place clean and explained the functioning and controls of the Boiler when the job was done.

What you need to know

Great service and options to spread the…
Great service and options to spread the cost which I am not used to doing but in this case with a sudden broken boiler a no interest loan and a quick call out professional service which doesn’t try to over sell was really helpful!

Outstanding
Frankly - everyone who came to my rescue, was a delight. From the engineer who did a temporary fix so we could have hot water again through to the engineer who installed the new boiler. As well as all the people i spoke to on the phone.
