Fair price, Good discount, Quick turnaround
New boiler was installed quickly especially considering it happend over the easterholidays and bank holiday, around 2 weeks to go from boiler breaking, to fault finding, to resolutions to decide on and then to arranging for the new boiler to be installled
A good price at too espically with the 400 discount applied
Installer explained the ins and out of the new boiler and thermostat and answered any questions we had.
Job was completed within the day so little disrutpion

My Dads boiler and whole heating system…
My Dads boiler and whole heating system was on the blink. I ended up paying for a new boiler, but the guys who came out to flush the system and replace the boiler were great.
Comms could have been better (I was away on holiday and gave them another temp number to contact but still got several calls.
Work was good though. Good value for money. Would recommend.

I have been with 247 staywarm for 6…
I have been with 247 staywarm for 6 years and 247 home rescue for around 9, I cannot fault either.
It’s a fantastic way to be able to afford a new boiler, taking away the stress and worry of paying out a large sum of money, while you are paying up the boiler all your servicing and any repairs and taken care of. The customer service team are very helpful and exceptionally polite, they go out their way to help.
We are due to move house and will certainly be taking out boiler cover with them in our new property

Under your Staywarm plan, we arrange for the manufacturer of your boiler to carry out the annual service. We will contact Ideal on your behalf and ask them to get in touch with you directly to arrange your service for May 2026.
