You cannot book lab tests together and they ask you to book tests seperately to charge double for the same slot.The customer care is not professional and cannot handle the issue hence say the slot amou t is automated and the customer has to pay amount twice for same slot

I wish I could give ZERO Stars. Very irresponsible and pathetic customer service. I wish I could have not used this website to order online for a item. I received a wrong item and instead of sending the pictures of what I ordered and what I got they are not able to help re-send the correct order. Please don't use this website very pathetic customer service

Multiple I received a message stating delivery is being made but delivery agent never arrived. Pathetic service by Tata 1mg. If they can't find a road side prime location what kind of delivery they are doing in metropolitan city.

They have no staff for sample collection; they allot a time slot and dont show up - customer care team has no clue and doesn't even bother that someone is fasting since 12+ hours and this is a medical service they are providing where they cannot be playing with peoples health.

Main thing is that. They are running their business just by there lab tests. Which is also not reliable. I counter check from lal path. Go for Pharmeasy. I got doctor prescription online with all detail with Reg. No..first they told me we need hand written prescription. When I told them if we don't want to visit far. Then he told consult our doctor. Seriously dude. I ordered you because that medicine out of stock on pharmeasy. otherwise I don't want to look your pathetic service

I haven’t received simple routine urine test reports in 30hrs. Not good service.at local place routine urine reports comes in 1-2 hrs.

Ordered a strip of Ibset tablet with another item. Delivery arrived on expected time but there was no tablet strip inside the delivery packet. Immediately raised the complaint for missing product only to receive reply back from support claiming they did not find anything wrong in their investigation and will not issue any refund.

I ordered my diabetic medication from this company, they have TATA branding therefore I thought this reliable ! on 27/2/23 , i get a msg your package is out for delivery, the same evening i get a message delivered! on checking with the security " nothing Delivered", chatted with some agent who assured me i would get response within 48v hours on my email.. nothing Zilch! on 1/3/23 chatted with mennaz menon, please wait
24/48 hours , we will get a response..too late I told her and went to my local pharmacy..You guys are dealing with medication this is not groceries. Crap business , my earlier medication was fine, anyway i get a call from logistical guy inisists he left it with the security. this was on 2/3/23, I checked once again in the security cabin and on CCTV. nothing on 3/3/23 I get a a apology from logistic guy..pleading i accept the delivery..I had purchased it locally on 1/3/23 evening! why should i use you guys just because you are TATA company and your startup guy was ex Healthkart(NOT impressed). my order no PO05423310165547.. goodbye

I placed an order with Tata1mg on 24th Jan 2023 for homeopathy medicines that was supposed to be delivered on 27th Jan. When it wasn't delivered by 30th Jan I went and checked on the website as I did not have any mail communication from them about it. It showed delivered on 25th Jan. I have been trying to explain it to them and they just keep pinning it on me by saying that they can't do anything about it because I reported it outside the TAT of 72 hours. How would I know that an order is supposedly being delivered 2 days early when I have no communication from them. Now they wont give me the medicines or my money back for reasons best known to them!!! I have been ordering from 1mg for years and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I wonder why big companies like Tata acquire small companies and destroy the valuable business ethics, customer service and credibility that they have

With name like Tata 1mg , I thought I was going to get a product as it is advertised. I should have taken note of the reviews before I ordered cashews from this lot.
I paid more than the market for the packet and it turned out out to be worse than the cashews that one gets from the market. Please see the photos for the proof.
When I asked for refund I was asked to send the photos of the cashews for their review with no promise of refund.
If Tata is involved in any way then they should have the management and the company hauled up for review and audit.
I would not buy any service or product from them.

Advice to Tata either improve the service standard or exit from this venture . This type of company deteriorates brand Value of TATA which is a synonym of Trust,When we are are not able to trust you on a sensitive sector like medicine then thierbis no.point of anything else
No one in the customer support will be able to give u the solution They have only chat option to connect ,I really do not understand why people are in service sector

Good company & excellent customer service. I have used healthmug.com & medicinesmall.com too. Healthmug is not a great company but 1mg & medicinesmall are pretty good. 1mg is the most expensive of the lot. They barely have any discounts, so better buy local & support local businesses.
