First time ordered but very bad experience , product was unsealed.

Delivery boy doesn’t deliver products despite advance payment

Bar code is fake

Please don't opt for their lab test service..highly unorganised and mismanaged . clueless people i booked a comprehensive gold package for myself..only fasting sugar sample was collected. For ppbs they made me call their call centre..which was super irritating.. stiil issue not resolved..no one got assigned to collect the sample please refund my money and shut your service as it's a big black blot on the brand name Tata..it's increased my mental stress

Even after uploading prescription,you get call from seemingly untrained doctors.When you ask about their qualification ,which is right of every patient by law to know the qualification of the doctor ,they suddenly cut the phone...seem to be quacks..or else why would they not come clean

3rd class customer care talk with ASIF he is not ready to transfer the call to supervisor and even don't have answer. waist of money.

Even after writing to them n providing them prescription about wrong medicine they have delivered , they are not responding nor they are providing their Executive number nor they are bothered to call back , I would strongly suggest the Company team to close down n don't spoil hard earned TATA name

Horrible service they provide a fake medicine, the outer box of the medicine had a different expiry date and inside bottle had a different expiry date, the contents of the medicine was also fake as the original medicine was oily in texture and this one was clear watery in texture , the customer care was also not co operative and was not willing to change the medicine, guys pleas be careful while ordering with 1 mg you might get a fake medicine..

Today I had the worst experience of my life with the technician of TATA1MG for collection of the blood sample. Yerragalla Srikanth simply is uneducated on the job of blood sample collection. He tries several times giving me immense pain while collecting the blood sample which is a most simple procedure being done by thousands of technicians all over. But Srikanth is unable to collect the sample even after several attempts. Goes to show how the company is irresponsible while selecting these technicians. Never had it happened before that the technician is unable to collect the blood sample. Wasted my time and left me in pain. Shall never go to this company TATA1MG and will alert others as well. I am spending time to write this review only to warn others to avoid TATA1MG if you do not want to suffer like me

These days, 1MG is tarnishing TATA's name. It seems to me that they are only interested in their care pack subscriptions. As soon as you subscribe to the care pack, they become careless. The last time I ordered medicine without the care pack, it arrived on time. But before that, when I had the care pack, I ordered injections and after being troubled for 4-5 days, I was told they were out of stock. Medicine is not a non-essential item that one can wait for so long.

When we place an order on the app, we waste our time looking at discounts and delivery options. But when they fail to deliver, they take no responsibility, even though they should provide compensation.

Today, I placed an order around 12:00 noon for rapid delivery, and I took the care pack which promised delivery by 6 PM. When I didn't receive the medicine by 6 PM, I checked the app and it showed a delivery time of 10:19 PM. Now it's 10 PM, and the order status is still "order placed." There's no information on when it will be packed, shipped, and finally delivered. The payment is already made, and if I cancel, I'll get the refund for the medicine after a few days, but the care pack money will be lost. Therefore, my experience with 1MG has been very disappointing, especially with the last two orders involving the care pack.

Services were good before but recently it's getting worse. They display available stock but it isn't . Ordered 13 items did prepayment but they cancelled order saying stock not available with vendor . And money refund will take 5 days .
First of all cud not digest the reason why they cancelled as they ship by courier and cud arrange and send thru another vendor.
Secondly they don't intimate u and ask that if incase not available do I need. A substitute . Waited for medicines 4 days and came to know one was missing and cancelled . Again reordered another brand and it took 4 days to come . They shud inform prior to shipment or sale.
Overall plan to shift to another app.

1 mg has begun to suck recently! I placed an order on 15th march it was scheduled to come on 16th march.after 7pm on 16th when I tried to contact the customer care,the computerised answer was “it scheduled to arrive between 17-19th”.they changed in tracking steps that I made some modification to the order at 3pm is 16th.which is a total Lie!Don’t commit if u can’t deliver ! I think it’s just a gimmick to make us pay Extra for same day or next day delivery.

Delayed delivery ..fake information

Tata 1mg is just so much irritating app. People call so many times that customers becomes frustrated irritated, evn aftr warning they ll cl from different no. & Every different time new person ll cl. They don't have all type of medicines n nor do they give proper discount on medicines....

Was using 1 mg app to order medicines for my parents as I live abroad. Recently made 2 orders each for around 8000 inr. One was delivered. The other was never delivered and in the app they marked it as delivered. Tried to contact them, no one seems to be bothered. Very poor customer service and even earlier I faced similar issues when I had to wait for long for an order and they kept updating on the app unable to contact the customer (at that time I was in india and I’m sure no one tried contacting for delivery)
Very poor system and bad staff and customer service. Stopped ordering from tata1mg

Bad company. Sucks money. Delivers Cancelled Reports. BEWARE

If there is a option to give negative experience i would go for this. They give fake blood test results. I don’t believe even they are actually performing any test on blood samples. I have compared my blood results with lal path and 1mg india results are scary and incorrect.I will never go with 1mg , pathetic and horrible experience.

It is pathetic to inform that a loyal customer from the last 3 years is experiencing this from Tata 1mg. Me being a pregnant lady had to consume 75 gms of Glucose twice for the GCT test to get the results but still their team says the values aren't reportable and initiated a refund. What about the harm it could have caused to my body? Because of your team not being trained enough to understand that the sample gets hemolysed, if it's not shaken well. Due to which the results weren't right. It all happened due to the team's unawareness and carelessness. I will never recommend this brand for lab tests to anyone nor I will get it done in future. It's sad that you have lost a good customer but this should not happen with anyone else.

had my order 23 and till 7 cx support just lied ill get my order there delivery partner lied to fake delivery attempts. i asked the delivery guy nuber but they didnt provided not they connected with the delivery guy for updates they kept lying fot 5 days and on 7 it got cancelled., they dont deserve running a cx support
