Horrible service!!! They keep delaying our packages and when asked with agent they say they can’t find my order. This has happened many times with many customers and people warned me about this app. I regret buying from their app. Such irresponsible behaviour. If u cant satisfy you customers better quit your business.

Do not pay online in this website they cancel order and does not refund. They only show refund initiated but no transaction in bank account they do not actually refund. Very poor service. They call non stop if you even visit the website.

Never trust these crooks all liars. They cheat and fake information, They do no have any qualified people all fake drama. never ever go to them

I would have rated '0' or in minus if those options were available. The delivery person never made attempts to deliver, after calling and getting my detailed address he refused citing the location was too far. The customer service department are no good either to resolve the issue or initiate the refund for the failed delivery. Pathetic, Unprofessional and overall Worst Experience

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. They stick cokkies on your computer that can not be removed - then I looked up they privacy policy and it says I am blocked form their site so can't even get them to remove the cookie.

Extremely disappointed with Tata 1mg. I placed two urgent orders and was assured they’d be delivered on priority. Instead, one was cancelled last minute due to a “lost shipment,” and the other’s delivery date was delayed from May 12th to 17th — completely missing the timeline I clearly communicated.

Despite multiple chats, I received only scripted apologies and zero real help. I had to repeat myself, was pushed for phone calls despite stating I’m overseas, and eventually had to request a cancellation and refund myself.

This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when competitors are delivering within hours. Not returning as a customer.

Worst site to order medicines.. they take no responsibility of the order and keep delaying their suggested time. Initially they offer you a good delivery time and keep extending it.. so you cannot avail your opportunity to purchase from other sources. They do not have a proper complaint section either and their app help us also useless. If somehow you get their customer service number, the personnel there are even worse and useless. They will just read scripts and avoid listening to your real question. At the best they can forward your complaint to some backend team who then don't do anything.

Worst experience..none of the customer care executives will solve your problem. They have AI generated answers. Delivery boy will give false information about not being contactable. Totally traumatized

DO NOT AVOID MY REVIEW IF YOU DON'T WANNA BE SCAMMED!!! I bought FCL Penta Peel Pads from Tata 1mg. I made my first mistake there cuz on the original website the price was high and on the fake site it was low. So caught in the temptation I bought it and when it was delivered, that's when I discovered that I've been SCAMMED very nastily. The product is FAKE...it's loosely packed, unevenly cut, less refined and low quality. The concerning thing is that the outer packaging is the SAME as the original authentic product so you have to open the seal to find it out. And they have taken advantage of it. They have refused to refund me on this basis and now I'm regretting why I didn't order from the original website. PLEASE NEVER EVER SHOP FROM 1MG. They scam people and I've learnt it the very hard way.

Booked 5 medicine but received 3. Inspite of invoice of 5 medicine and payment done for all 5 medicine received 3 medicine. At complaint customer support said we had checked that 5 medicine send but when asked for any screenshot of packing of all three medicines they denied to provide any supporting for all 5 medicine send.

Recently i ordered medicine for fever. While ordering it was shown as 30 minute delivery but proudly tata 1mg delivered it after 4 hours. They would not intentionally want but aligns towards patient suffering. You are dealing with medicine guys, not food. If you can't make your promises don't make one and please back out.

Don’t deserve even 1 star, would like to send pics of Aswal Plus ( Gufic Pharma) all broken capsules and powder coming out, never ever opt medicines from 1 mg.

Ordered medicines for my mother as I was out of town last night. Mentioned that’s it’s an emergency as she needed painkillers after a root canal and the order was supposed to deliver after 13 minutes. It was delivered after 13 hours!
