Baby products such as baby feeders are leaking .. very cheap feeders.

Their return policy is horrible. They only promise, never fulfill their promise. I want to give negative star rating. Worst service.

Very disappointed. The delivery was extremely late, around 20 days delayed, and still not received. Poor service. The order arrived way past the expected time. Not recommended.

Um not happy at all i ordered 400 mls of gelusil syrup now i got only 200mls so do you think if i wanted only 200 mls i would have paid for that now what will happen to the rest of my money???so disgusted and disappointed

I had greatful experience at Apollo pharmacy pandav nagar branch. The all staff of pandav nagar branch was very helpful with me one staff is always present outside the counter for promoting offers and the availablity of the product is good . One medicine was not present at that time but the staff place the order of my medicine and it delivered to me with in 2 hour it was very helpful to me. Over all it was great.

Pathetic service I mistakenly order insulin vial instead of cartridge for 600 rs and they are saying they will not either exchange it or return it....so my 600 rs gone waste...will never use apollo and cancel my membership how irresponsible behaviour saying it is waste for us we can't do anything idiots...gold soon....7567004040...

too much ghatiya service .jitna gnad abola ja sakta hai utna bekar hai apollo pharmacy. koi bhi service nahi milti delivery to karte hi nahi mai 1 mahine paresan rha apollo pharmacy walo se. 1 april 2026 se order kiya medicine 1 march 2026 tak bhi deliver nahi hua. duniya ki sabvse bekar company hai apollo pharmacy.

Basavasagara circle lingsugur very bad service she didn't ask the customer number and the customer didn't bothered that much but when we came to exchange the product she is saying we ourself should say the number they will not ask the number for customer so embarrassing of this

Don’t order anything from here as they don’t send things on time. Totally time waste. They take 24hours to cancel the order. Have no idea about the refund. It’s better to purchase offline as it will save your time and energy.

Very very worst in price. The price of the tablets is tooo high . The people in that appolo medical were charged 134rs for just 7 single pieces of tablet . Kindly please take action and return my money 😡.very very very worst

Apollo Pharmacy workers do not know how to talk to customers properly, they do not have proper common sense because they act in a way that hurts customers. They speak in singular and say angrily, "Don't touch that, don't touch that, what do you want, we will give it to you." This behavior of theirs makes me very sad and annoyed. Customers are God, if you make customers sad, is it okay if you behave irresponsibly?

They are wrongly inputting others mbl numbers

Super pathetic service. Order delayed by a week and still no clue what's the problem and what's causing the delay. Normal medicines, nothing special. Each day they extend the delivery date by 24hrs.

We wanted medicine urgently at night but it was showing next day delivery options. Not a good experience.

This pharmacy claims to be open 24×7, but that is not true in reality. I visited during late hours and found it closed / no staff available. Very disappointing, especially when people come for urgent medicines. Service needs serious improvement and the timings should be updated correctly.
