So helpful and easy to return great customer service

12TH TRIBE has wonderful customer service! I had an issue with my order and it was resolved within an hour. Jamille and Sheela in the customer service department helped me and they were so kind! I will definitely be ordering from this boutique again!

Customer service was very attentive and speedy in addressing my return issue. They assisted me within a few minutes of my email to them.

Sales associate was very kind and accommodating. Clothing is good quality and the boutique was clean. 10/10 would recommend anyone to shop here.

Absolutely love the clothing, its so cute but some of the items only last 2 wears which takes the rating down to 3 stars.

Beware they have a very hard-nosed return policy. Wanted to return my very first purchase with them and they refused. Items had tags on them, unworn and were within 10 days of purchase.
I won't be back. P.S. If you do attempt to return, they charge you a % restocking fee (if they were to take it at all.) Bye 12th Tribe forever....

Buy at your own risk! Ordered a jumpsuit from them and I didn’t like the way it fit. Packaged it up and sent it back for a return the next day. I had tried it on ONCE. They refused to give me my money back and falsely claimed that it was damaged. This is a blatant lie. It wasn’t damaged whatsoever and I’m sure the item is being resold as we speak. Customer service was completely unhelpful. This company is a complete scam and I’ll never buy from them again.

I absolutely love this brand! Their clothes are unique and so stylish, and everything I’ve ordered, from tops to dresses to accessories, have been of excellent quality. Shipping is very fast, and I love that they offer their own unique spin on trendy, cute clothing. I was hesitant when I came across them on Instagram due to how many sites advertised there are not what they seem, but I’ve been ordering for a year and a half from them and have never been disappointed!

I reached out to the customer service team after an item I purchased went on sale after I completed my transaction. They immediately honored the new sales price and offered me a refund or store credit. Was really pleased with the quick, personalized response and customer-friendly policies.

I placed an order yesterday and realized I wouldn't get the items in time for the trip I'm going on next week, so emailed the customer service team about upgrading my shipping. Megan responded within minutes and was able to happily assist. She was wonderful and I will absolutely continue to order from 12th Tribe in the future!

I am extremely impressed with 12th Tribe's customer service, specifically with Megan! I had a return that didn't process right away, due to an error on my end, and she not only responded to my inquiry within the hour but went out of her way to remedy the situation immediately. She successfully linked my return to my account and processed my payment the same day. She was very professional, helpful, and pleasant in her email correspondence. Very gorgeous clothing and very helpful customer service!

I had a break on a dress I ordered from 12th Tribe and was very upset about it. I contacted their customer service team in hopes that they’d be able to help me out since it was my first time wearing the dress. They were very understanding and ended up giving me store credit the amount of my purchase, which will definitely not be hard to use :) I’m very thankful for the help I received!
