I bought what looked like a really lovely long sleeved halter top. When I returned it, it took a really long time to get the refund and the refund was $20 short of what I had spent. They charged me 10 bucks each way for shipping.
Their stuff just isn’t good enough to spend $20 for the privilege of trying it on

Stay clear of this company! If you buy a sale item and it doesn’t fit, you can’t return. They don’t disclose this for customers to see prior to making purchases.

I had a few problems with my delivery and customs/UPS made me pay £50 in tax to receive my order but when I reported and complained about this to 12thtribe they told me to pay and they would reimburse me. What amazing service!
I have not got my black maxi dress and its beautiful, better than the pitchers show.
Will definitely purchase from them again!

I love 12th Tribe! Not only do I love their clothes which I own so many now of theirs.😄 Their customer service is always priority. I am a small size , size 4. Their smalls are XS. But they make it easy to exchange to a larger size. It makes the inconvenience and frustration less painful.
Also suggestion for them to make it easier to shop by putting a button “Continue shopping” after adding an item to a cart to avoid having different shipments! I hope they will do this. Will continue to shop 12th Tribe! Love their stuff! I need to make more money!:). Dangerous!😁

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with 12th Tribe was disappointing from start to finish.

The customer service was among the worst I've encountered. When I reached out for assistance, the responses were dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked any genuine effort to resolve the issue. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience.

What made the experience even more frustrating were the company's return and shipping policies. They are extremely restrictive and appear to prioritize protecting the company at the expense of the customer experience. I regret purchasing from this store - the products are overpriced and the quality is similar to what you can buy on Shein at a fraction of the cost.

There are countless retailers offering similar products with far better customer service and more reasonable policies. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to carefully review the fine print before purchasing and consider whether this is a company they want to support.

I won't be shopping with 12th Tribe again.

I can't even rate the clothes I purchased because the shipping takes a ridiculously long time. I still have not received my order, it's been over a month, and everything was on stock. Crazy, and never ever again.

Ordered and paid for express 2-3 day shipping. Label was created and package has not been shipped yet and it’s going on day 5

I placed an order on 4/17/26. I paid through Affirm. I never received an order or tracking number from Taaji Tribe. I sent an email to them- here is the very ambiguous response:

Today is 4/28/26- and I have not received any responses from them. I am disputing the transaction through Affirm- no additional payments will be made to Taaji.

I received an order over a month ago from 12th tribe, after spending hundreds on what I thought would be good quality clothing I received poor quality clothes made from 100% polyester and spandex in cheap packaging. Even the necklaces were made of flimsy plastic. I immediately submitted a return for all the items, except the necklaces weren’t eligible. 12th Tribe delayed the refund process by sending me an additional return label however for the necklaces to get store credit. I hadn’t asked for this because I don’t want to buy from this brand again and because of it 12th Tribe have not given me a refund for any of the items I actually got a label to return in the first place. They sent me an email saying they’d received the items shortly after I’d sent them, yet the processing of these items only happened after I sent an email to ask why I hadn’t received any updates on the returns process, eventually I received an email that the refund would be in my account in 10 days - after this initial delay - yet it has passed thispwrios and still no refund. I am so upset. Not only do they not list the materials on their website which is a massive scam, they try to wait until you give up on ever receiving a refund so as not to give you one. I have asked to escalate my order issue because I am worried I won’t ever be receiving any of my money back, and they said no, and that the only person I could talk to was a very unhelpful person called Jamille who has refused to resolve or look into my order issue.

I ordered the Waverly Mulberry blouse and skirt set, specifically chosen for an important upcoming event because the rich mulberry pink shown on their website (and clearly described as “pink” in the item description)matched my outfit perfectly.

What arrived was significantly darker, more brownish red items that looked nothing like the advertised color!

When I complained, they blamed “lighting differences” and screen variations, which is unacceptable for false advertising. Instead of proper compensation like a partial refund, they offered only 15% off a future purchase—what if the next order is also wrong? I get another 15% off so I keep buying badly advertised clothes?! This dismissive response is insulting.

Their policy is return for refund only, but existing reviews warn of refund delays or denials. Avoid this company—they prioritize excuses over customer satisfaction. 1 star.

I returned the my order for a gift card to try a different size, but the second order also didn’t fit. When I returned it, they refused to refund the order to my bank card, insisting on a gift card. This is not mentioned anywhere in their returns policy.

The clothes were also extremely poor quality. Flimsy, thin material and look nothing like the images on the website. Customer service was appalling and utterly useless.

Do not buy from this company! I am down 84 euro for a product that I returned according to their policy.

Loved the dress!! So so pretty and comfy. Great fabric! Got many compliments. I ordered it on a Sat and received it on a friday so im very pleased! First time ordeing here but it looks like I will continue to order! <3

I bought the shell chocker with gold cross, I wore it several times and 1 day the cross fell off! My husband tried to fix it but didn’t want to cause anymore problems, so I emailed @ hello12thtribe, never heard back. I placed 3 orders 1 Jan 20 and the other Jan24, I emailed to cancel the 2 orders $650 I am not going to buy from a company that doesn’t stand behind their products!! Unfortunately this is the only problem I have had and I love their clothes!!!

Such bad quality

I purchased a flannel shirt on their website, which did not mention I would not be able to return it if anything had gone wrong. Well, everything is wrong. The cut of the shirt is awful, the fabric is very poor quality, the color doesn’t look like the website and there is no way I would even wear that shirt just to clean my house. It is so uncomfortable.

just became a victim of this company, and would like to emphasize to anyone else, save yourself, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

First time customer and thought this was a legitimate company. I ordered 2 new years eve outfit ideas, 5 pieces total, quality is Amazon/shein grade but 2x the cost. Was horrified to find out that nothing I bought is eligible for a return .... Fml

That's not made clear in the checkout process and reading through the return Policy and it's confusing AF to know what qualifies for what and impossible to know if it's for a refund or credit.

Customer service was of no help either, so im going to try disputing with my credit card company.

They also hide 1 star and bad reviews on the website.

HORRIBLE quality and they hide bad reviews. I bought a western style belt that broke immediately upon wearing. It was a cheap plastic that they were selling for $94. I left a one star review for the terrible quality and the review was never posted. They only show positive reviews online.
