I placed an order on 4th December and it arrived quickly. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable for my son, and I have been trying to arrange a return and refund since Boxing Day.
When going on their website to arrange the return, it states I am outwith the returns window. It clearly states on their website 'Any purchases made online between 4th November and 24th December 2024 can be returned as late as 17th January 2025.'
I have sent numerous emails about this. The last reply I had said they had emailed a member of their team and were waiting to hear back from them. This was over a week ago
Very poor customer service. I have never had so much difficulty trying to return an item online to get a refund.

El producto es bueno, pero la comunicación es nula. No sabía cuando iba a recibir el pedido, no me contestaban en tiempo, no se actualizada el número de seguimiento que había en la web con mi pedido.
No volveré a comprar porque no me da seguridad.

La politica de devolución es pésima, regale por navidad una chaqueta a mi hermano , no le valía, y todavía o me han dicho que hay q hacer para devolverla,

El 29 de noviembre del 2024 compre una chaqueta y una camiseta y todavia estoy esperando que me digan que ha pasado. me lo han cobrado 54 euros y no enviado ,hoy es 6 de enero y aun no se nada esto ,es una estafa.

I ordered on the 15th December, when ordering it said it would be arrived in time for Christmas. It's now January 6th and still nothing. I've sent a few emails and the reply was that a member of the team will contact me and that has not even happened.

I placed and ordered on the 19/12/2024 and still waiting on my parcel for my son. I have messaged company twice with an automated reply can’t get anyone to fine out what’s happening with my order.

He hecho un pedido y al recibirlo dos productos tallaban demasiado grande por lo que necesitaba devolverlos y ha sido imposible. Despues de mandarles nose cuantos correos electronicos no hacen ni caso, dan largas para que se acabe el plazo y listo. Nunca mas volvere a comprar aqui

He pedido devolver el abrigo porque es pequeño pero no me contestan y el la web da error
