MacBack solved my problem of what to do with my old iMac. The machine was over 10 years old so of little interest to most people and Mac resellers. This company will take old Macs, even those deemed obsolete by Apple.
The assessment and valuation process was easy to complete online. MacBack arranged for the Mac to be collected. This was done 4 days after giving me their quote. A week after collection, and after testing, they told me they agreed with my original quote and sent me a BACS payment.
I would use them again if I need to dispose of an old Mac in the future.

I looked for a copy of a film of Shakespeare's Henry V. I found the well known Kenneth Branagh production from 1989. The DVD was good value and it plays well on my system. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.

I chose the Liewood Winston Rabbit Night Light for my granddaughter of nine months as a Christmas present. It looks like a nice light and suitable for a young child's bedroom, but I cannot comment about how it works because I had it delivered to my son's address, so I will check it out when I visit them.

The parcel arrived on time. I was kept informed about the progress. The courier was efficient and friendly.

I had a decompression operation for spinal stenosis on 24 October. I was given a pair of below knee Fitlegs compression socks before the op. When I was discharged on 26 Oct I was given a spare pair of compression socks but these were a different make and were uncomfortable.
I have to wear TED stockings for 6 weeks post op so I ordered a pack of three pairs of Fitlegs Compression Socks so I had enough to last. They are comfortable and supportive, sufficiently tight but not restricting the circulation, and they are wearing well.

I used the See Tickets site to access a pre-sale of tickets for Katherine Priddy. It was a little frustrating that the pre-op code link was not available at first for my venue in Norwich. This was fixed later so I was able to book. The process was reasonably easy.

We visited the COOK shop in Norwich. The staff were very welcoming. We tried a sample of a Chinese dish which was very good, and we will buy in the future. We bought a couple of meals and some ice cream, and signed up to the Friends & Family Club. COOK ready meals are some of the best frozen meals available. We like how the company runs its business. We will be back or arranging a home delivery soon.

I have been using Sainsbury's home delivery in the last few months. I have had some health issues and was not able to get to Sainsbury's myself. The service is good. I find the website easy to navigate so browsing and ordering is also easy. If I order a few days ahead I can choose the delivery slot that I prefer. The deliveries have arrived in the advised time slot and the drivers make it easy to collect the orders from them.

I use my Sodastream a lot and, when they run out, I prefer to exchange the CO2 cylinders at Lakeland. It is faster than ordering online from Sodastream, getting the cylinders delivered and then returning them again by courier. I find Lakeland good for Sodastream supplies.

It was easy to use the Boots website to buy the products I wanted. I could find what I wanted and move it to my basket. The paying and check-out process worked well.
Delivery was fast. I ordered on Friday and the parcel arrived on Monday.

Thank you to Amelia for updating my email address last month. You responded swiftly to my request. You changed the address for me and I was able to log in to SodaStream successfully.

HMV had a good offer of two Blu-rays for £15.00 and Raised by Wolves was among the Blu-rays on offer. I ordered on the Saturday of the Bank holiday weekend so I was happy that the items were delivered on the following Thursday. It was easy to order and pay for what I had selected.

I bought this under counter freezer because I needed more freezer space. I like its build quality, its capacity and its frost free feature. The Beko stood out because of these features, and its competitive price. It was the only under counter model I could find that had frost free technology, which was important to me.

It was easy to renew my annual Ordnance Survey maps subscription with automatic renewal. I have always liked OS maps and it means that my maps will stay up to date.

I have been doing a few of the Omaze house draws. They are easy to enter online and they keep in touch about the draw. The house prizes are very good and there is the important benefit of the contribution to charities.

I made a brief visit to exchange two Sodastream CO2 cylinders for new ones. It was a very easy process and the sales assistant was helpful.

I ordered a CD and two Blu-rays online. The products were in stock and it was easy to order on the HMV website. I ordered late in the afternoon, 07/02/2025, and they were delivered by Royal Mail on 11/02/2025. I was happy with the delivery time.

I ordered the Christmas Collection for both my brothers as presents. There was a good selection of wines and the case was on special offer. It was easy to order them. The cases were delivered very swiftly. I had ordered early for Christmas in case of delays but these arrived in plenty of time.

I had a birthday gift from Folio and ordered some of the books on my wish list. I always find the ordering process on the website is easy to use and efficient.
The delivery by Evri was good this time. I have had issues with Evri deliveries. It worked for me by diverting the delivery to a pickup point. I ordered on Monday and I picked up the books on Thursday.
